The perfect gift for the special first-time home-owner. Or maybe a young niece/nephew that does stuff around the house - remind them not to bring it to college, where it will "disappear!". A hammer they will have forever. The right size for hanging pictures or knocking together a bit of fencing. Straight claw for digging up a bit of irrigation pipe in the garden. Strong enough to pry any nail. Made in the U.S.A., guaranteed forever.

I would call this a girls or juvenile hammer. The hammer is 2.5" smaller than a full size, which is not noted in ad. It cannot drive a wall of 16 penny nails, and I'm not going to drop another 12 bucks returning it. I donated it to goodwill and went to Lowes and replaced it with a 12oz full size Dewalt and haven"t looked back. Scammed again by the internet!
