Over Christmas. It's not battery operated like the other eufy products. That's an advantage too. It makes a great upgrade to motion sensing lights. The camera has performed flawlessly so far. I'd buy more if I needed to.

The camera lights and system does seem reasonable good however the system is badly let down by the alarm. It’s audible only and inaudible outside. Ring has a loud outdoor siren and light. Why not Eufy? Ring sucks in most other ways however but Eufy isn’t perfect either. Probably the best of a fickle bunch.

Eufy push and updated the firmware from their end, caused the cam/floodlight become faulty now. The motion detection stopped working, and the light just turn itself on during the night without any motion.As a owner the firmware update isn't optional, or can disable from our end. Contacted Eufy support, they insist the light was faulty, even I have all the evidence to proof was cause by firmware update.I have contacted ACCC in regards about this.
Remember to turn the light switch on after installing Haha. Not enough detection range in the sensors for camera or light. Light itself is mediocre, the previous light was 13 years old abs threw more light than this thing
The advertising photos show the base being flush against the wall, the junction/mounting box actually doubles the thickness of the base once installed so the look of the finished product is not as advertised. Good lighting for small driveways, ideal for footpaths. The picture quality is good with excellent AI.
Camera is Chrystal clear…flood lights are great. Very user friendly app from Eufy that allows many modes of operation. Excellent for security with notifications when camera detects any entry onto premises! I highly recommend this product…10 out of 10!
It intermittently does not record events and you have to keep resetting the camera multiple times a day. The camera quality is good, lights nice and bright but it fails to detect movement (PIR) near vehicles, which is what I got it for. I intend returning it but as it was installed by an electrician who will pay for that?
This light / camera has been excellent, but after only 11 months the camera is in a constant boot loop and can't be fixed. Software from the app has gotten progressively worse during ownership. Presume it has a 1 year warranty, but costly to replace as it means getting an electrician out.
The floodlight is nice and bright,light sensor react on anything even wind (annoying) the camera motion is not accurate, you can set up motion area but still reacting on objects outside the mark area, I have people coming in and out but no notification but if the shade of the tree moved I'm getting notification. Delivery van comes and goes but no notification but if a car drive past on the street we getting notification, Yes you can play with the motion sensitivity but good luck with that....it's a marketing strategy.some notification are there but the video is missing. Sometimes we have to reset the camera for unknown reasons, just wont work but on the app shows everything works.
