Don't purchase Euromaid appliances! We bought an EW50 from Harvey Norman and it has broken 3 times in 2 years, warranty process is long and arduous. The oven has just gone out of warranty, and will no longer work. Please save your money and buy a reputable brand with better customer service.The oven temperature never really worked, or was never accurate. Hot plates take forever to heat up. The appliance is flimsy at best.

This stove will rust within 3 years, the hobs will need replacing within that time.They take 10 minutes to heat a thick stainless steel pan, and cools down the moment you put food in it.Don't waste your money, if your landlord buys you this, they're bad.
I bought this oven two months ago to replace a very old chef oven that we inherited when we bought our house. It took a while to get used to having different options when using the oven but now I've worked it all out it's great. The elements are a bit slow to heat but work well once they've heated up. It's good value for the price

Sorry that I purchased online, first time I would not have bought a stove with set hotplates, cannot be cleaned will look shabby quickly. It will not be economical electricity wise the hotplates are slow to heat and have had to learn once turned off do not make mistake of leaving pot on plate as food continues cooking. At 88yrs bought because of price was a mistake.My kitchen and cooking is my joy.
Pros: I haven’t used it much it’s a neat little stove with some good features like fan force. Good value for money - it won’t be used daily maybe it it was you’d want something bigger.Cons: Too soon to say
I bought a new stove and the deliverers removed all the packaging, then when it was installed one of the balance feet was missing. Rang the company and they promised to send a replacement. One month later, the stove still wobbles as no replacement for the missing piece arrived. The stove works ok but wobbles.
We bought this Oven in June and since then we have to plan 40 minutes ahead if we want to use it. The temperature is very inconsistent, sometimes its 30 degrees too hot and then other times its 20 degrees lower than it should be. I had to purchase an oven thermometer to check the temperature because food was taking a long time to cook. I have emailed Euromaid to highlight the issues we're having and a week later I have not received a response. The oven is cheap and not worth it, spending that little extra is worth it in this case.
