This is actually a good strong machine, on the heavy side but the plastic bits fall off and the hydraulic resistance is not that strong. The machine is not suitable for heavy set people as getting up & down on the floor is strenuous for unfit people. Sold it!

Great purchase. I love that it is easy to use and it isn't too strenuous on my body. The only thing to consider is to make it sit off the ground more. It is a little difficult to get down to use and off when finished.

Came quickly,Was fairly easy to put together,And once I figured out how to adjust the intensity properly is great to use.Cant wait to be able to use this while the baby is asleep and not wanting to try use it too.
A good little exercise machine for the price, but the plastic covers that cover the hinges split badly after two 2days.But I would still recommend this rowing machine.
DON’T BUY!Worst product I have ever purchased, it has sharp edges everywhere that’s I’ve cut myself on constantly and now I don’t know how to return it,Spend a little more on a better quality one
I'm so happy with this rower- it is so versatile as it can be moved around the home and stored under the bed. Most importantly - it has been effective in developing my arms and core! My 12 year old son was able to build this for me too! Really fantastic buy.
Easy to construct and works really well at a budget price. I wanted an entry level, easily portable small device. This fits the bill to perfection. Easy to use and helps with increasing muscle tone. It's not going to perfect my entire body, but, it's helping muscle definition in arms. If you don't want the hassle of a huge machine with super heavy fly wheels, this is simple, and has limited effectiveness. If you really want to work the entire body and build from there, it won't suit you. What you see is what you get, but at my age, I'm happy with the limited features and portability.
It's light and compact, great for small areas. Easy to assemble. I found the tension release difficult to find information on but worked out if screw clamp on handles is altered closer to body of the unit, the tension on hydraulic tension alters to better suit me.
been looking for a full shoulder motion rower for years (had one 20 years ago) and finally there is this one at a very affordable price. Others i have seen were thousands! this is rather hard to pull (lots of pressure in the 'oars' ) but if you start slowly - keep your back straight, use those abs and legs too, you quickly build strength in those areas. However, that IS the idea, that it is a bit of hard work! the full shoulder motion will quickly build width and shape - that 'V' back and muscles around the shoulderblades and backbone too.. very flattering for anyone. HIGHLY recommended
