OK. Advantages. Quiet. Cheap. Disadvantages Elastic Rope system gives a limited workout. Choose a machine with more levels of resistance. Only for beginners.
I bought this online, it was delivered quickly and it was easy to assemble. It is not a heavy duty ‘gym grade’ machine but more suitable for home use for a ‘novice’ rower. it is great for a moderate intensity workout for those wanting the convenience of home exercise.
I am very happy with my Everfit rowing machine. It is easy to use and is very quite.
Pros:Fast delivery, very easy to put together (I did it in 30 mins while watching TV), fits easily into a cupboard when folded in half which is also easy to do.Cons:Very low resistance - better suited to a child or frail elderly person, but the for the average adult the highest/hardest resistance setting is too low/easy to actually be a workout. Bit disappointed but you get what you pay for. if you go at it for a long period you can sort of work up a light sweat, but you could achieve a better outcome in half the time by going for a walk around the block.
Not enough resistance, even on hardest setting. Also not very stable (it rocks from site to side a bit, when using). Look, it's fine, it seems to be good for the price, but if you really want a good machine you'll probably have to spend more.
Wasted money , its so small u cant row properly and as u are so crunched up ur knees hurt after 10 minutes , the seat does not row back enough its so cramped .... and feet pads are too low so uncomfortable im 5'4 and its too small for me in length ... I used it once was horrified and now it collects dust in the garage !
