I like this pre-workout before lifting, not before cardio/HIIT. If you use other products with more Beta Alanine in them, you might not get the tingle as much with this one. This has some stimulants in it but not as high as others. I like the fat burning aspects of this one. If you want something to keep you focused when you are at the gym, give a boost of energy, and some fat burning support... This is a very good choice. If you want something to get you completely coming out of your skin before a workout, go with one of the high stimulant products. But, for what I want this one for, it works perfectly.

I absolutely love this brand and I have been using them exclusively for the past several years. The powder is very fine and mixes quite well. The taste is one of the best around. This product doesn't give me the jitters and comes in both ENGN and ENGN Shred for different levels of energy. Blue raz is a good flavor too.

I was always a bit skeptical regarding using fat burners but nonetheless decided to give a try to this. And thankfully so.. I did not regret.Perfectly measured ingredients of a nice pre workout in addition to fat burners make it an ideal combination for a nice pre workout supplement. What I liked the most was that it is not going overboard with stimulants and is also creatine free(I like to use creatine as a choice).All in all a very nice product which is also easy on the wallet.
Had been taking this for the bones of six months, and at the start it was great, exactly what I needed for early morning runs or strength training. But after a while I started to feel odd taking it, started getting bad palpitations which turned out to be pretty intense panic attacks,and they only became worse,so off course I stopped taking it but it was to late it had got the ball rolling, and now I’m getting them regularly. I can’t be sure, but it only happened after taking this. Be carful if you suffer from panic disorder or GAD, also any kind of heart problems these drinks( not just this one all pre workouts) can make you very uncomfortable indeed. Use wisely and be safe!
I have been using EVL ENGN SHRED since it's release. This product will forever be my go to pre-workout. I have seen incredible results especially as it relates to weight loss and increased energy. This product takes my weight and cardio training to the next level. The energy I get from this product is unreal and I would highly recommend it to everyone. I would highly recommend the Cherry Limeade flavor but honestly you can't go wrong with any flavor that EVL puts out there. 10/10. I highly recommend you try this product! The pump and energy you get from taking this product is unreal!

took it once and loved it. i diluted it but doing a little more than half a scoop with 16 oz of water. i took it again 2 days later and this time i took 1.5 scoops with 12 oz of water. i felt the tingling feeling. after about 45 mins after my my 30 min workout, i started to feel nauseous. i thought it was because i haven?t ate too much today. then the hotness started and the shakes and then even more nauseousness. i still felt the tingles. i will not be taking this again
