Second time trying this pre Workout mix. I previously purchased at another retailer but liked the ingredients in this formula.it has quality ingredients to boot energy for your workouts and burn fat. Has CLA and L- Carnatine for fat metabolism. , and a good dose of caffeine for energy boost. if sensitive to caffeine can reduce the amount used or can consume per workout.only complaint with this product is that the previous jar started to gumm up rather fast to the point I could no longer scape it to use. I now keep it extra dry in a bigger Second container, so far it seems to be working.

I have been using EVL Nutrition Blue Raz for 6 months now, and absolutely love it. Having been involved in bodybuilding in my younger days I have used most pre-workout supplements on the market, including the originals which are no longer available on the UK Market. Having experience using a pre-workout for a month or two then feeling like its ineffective, I have not encountered this with EVL. Amazing surge of energy every time. It's a product I now swear by and have recommended to many of my fellow gym goers and friends who also regularly use the product. You can however become reliant on taking it before you train, as the days you miss it, you notice the drop in energy and pump which can put a downer on your workout. All in all, in 10+ years of training, using most pre-works and supps, this hands down has been the best product to date in terms of energy, pump, taste and endurance! It does make you sweat, but that could be down to how hard you train due to the surge of energy you have!

I have lost count on the amount of pre-workouts i have tried. I take working out seriously and am in the middle of a cutting phase. I thought I would try this one out after good reviews. Thank god I did! The pre gives you so much energy and for a long period of time. I do heavy weights following by cardio and still have energy in the tank. It also helps with cutting. The best way I can describe it - it feels like it's warming you up and you simply burn more calories. I will not change from this brand moving forward. If you have not tried it, buy it! You will not be dissapointed! Well done Evlution Nutrition!

I recently purchased ENGN Shred Blue Raz Pre workout from MYSUPPLEMENTSHOP, the first thing I noticed was the price. This was a rather fair price for the product which I purchased in comparison to some of the other pre workouts I have purchased in the past. The first time I tired this pre workout, I remember the taste being really nice, not too sweet but at the same time was rather refreshing and left a nice blue raspberry taste in my mouth. The pre workout mixed really well with the water amount suggested too. I wanted to give my honest feedback about your ENGN shred cherry Limeade. I was really happy with the taste, not too sweet as many of other brand pre workouts could be. 10min after having a drink I feel way more energetic than usually. It really wakes me up and I feel ready to smash the gym. I noticed that my endurance is way better when I have it before gym. I like those needle pinches it gives me, then I know I really doing it right. And I'm not only using this before gym, I'm having it even before busy day at work, when I need to focus on something, it really does help a lot.
So my feedback for the ENGN Shred Cherry is excellent I tried both the Cherry lime and the Blue Raz. I personally preferred the cherry but both tasted really good. I tried quite a few pre-workouk/fat burner products and what a like about this one is that you don't feel light headed compared to some of your competitors. It also mix really well. In term of energy levels and endurance it is the perfect product for me, I can achieve tough workout thanks to it, especially cardio and HIIT training. The effect kicks in very quickly and last for about an hour/ an hour and a half. Definitely the best pre-workouk I tried so far.
Taste: Fantastic 10/10, it's not too sweet and it's actually super delicious, if I could I'd drink it for the fun of it. Energy levels: Exactly what I need 10/10, it's not a ridiculous energy boost, it's perfect for what I need. I become extremely lethargic and this gives me the energy I need and more. Focus: Perfect 10/10, this is so much better than excessively drinking coffee and tea as this keeps my focus in place and it actually helps me at work too which is a bonus! Endurance: Brilliant 10/10, I'm never able to work out as much without this product, it's a complete game changer. If I don't take this then I can't even do half of what I normally do. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
The best pre-workout on the market currently and I've tried basically every single one. Workouts don't feel as good without it, the energy boost is unmatched and far better than a coffee or an energy drink. I've tried both available flavours and prefer the Cherry Limeade to the Blue Raz, both mix well and are very easy to drink with no bitter powdery aftertaste. I can go for much longer in the gym while using ENGN Shred, I usually struggle on cuts to fit in both weights and cardio into my gym schedule but have had no trouble while using this in hitting both with the same energy levels and I've not experienced any post workout crash. I'd highly recommend anyone on the fence to give this preworkout a go, it will completely change your workouts.
The taste of the blue raz version is one of the best blue raz I've had. From all the manufacturers I've tried, this one has the best taste. not too sour, and pleasant. It does improve my energy levels, without me feeling like I'm high or spaced out, allowing me to focus on the gym and achieve my goals. It allows me to increase my endurance without risking my muscles, as it allows pain through, so you do not push yourself too hard, but enough to see improvements. This is an A class product that I will continue to use. You also don't get the grit at the bottom that didn't dissolve like other products.

It is the primary reason why this is the only pre-workout that both my wife and I use now. Every other brand ends up proving to be a waste of money in comparison.
