very disappointed with this product - did not do nothing to help me at all it actually was probably the worse product I have ever taken. Am a very busy nurse working shifts all over the place and needed something natural just to get me off to a good sleep and after 12 nights of taking the product with no result - gave it all away and contacted the supplier with a refund

Having used other products containing hops and Valerian, this product has among the highest concentrations of Valerian making it very effective at helping you to drift off to sleep gently. I did find that some nights results varied (maybe it was something I ate or drank earlier in the day?)Also works really well to fend off anxious thoughts too, so that's a bonus.

I did find that some nights results varied (maybe it was something I ate or drank earlier in the day?)Also works really well to fend off anxious thoughts too, so that's a bonus.
I swear by this product - have taken it especially when stress keeps me up at night, find it helpful for relaxing. Sometimes will take it for a few days in a row or just when I know I'll have trouble falling asleep.
This product didn't really help me but may be good for other people
I have been taking Flordis ReDormin Forte for Sleep for about a month now with no discernable impact on my sleep pattern. It just doesn't work for me and I won't be continuing with it when my current supply runs out.
I brought this a month ago for my Son who suffers with a lack of sleep. I have started him on a multivitamin and the Flordis ReDormin and his sleep has improved a great deal.
I was desperate for a good night's sleep, having tried every remedy under the pharmacy sun (including magnesium). Nothing worked! This is the only thing that helps me fall and stay asleep.
I've been using this product for some time now...my daughter had been taking it and said i should give it a try. I never had a problem dropping off at night.. but because i'm a light sleeper I end up waking up a lot and then in the morning feel a mess. I found this product seems to keep me in a deep sleep and even when i wake up to go to the loo i stay still feel nice and sleepy and get back to sleep quicker. Found mornings are a lot easier too.
Give these a couple of times a week to my child who has always been a terrible & restless sleeper and he sleeps solid on the nights he has this but in addition to that it seemed to get him into a good sleep routine in general and now on the nights he doesn't have them he still sleeps well... very good product and good ingredients, will always keep handy
