4.5* Don't regret, but some odd shortcomings

This is a fantastic case. No regrets, still prefer to any other for me. The look and style is great and coherent, some RGB fans in the front really create a great effect with that grill in the front. The grey is superbly subtly more interesting that black for me personally (and white is not my thing.) [NB: RGB fans *not* included]Some odd short comings though. I could only just fit my 420mm iCUE H170's rad in the front by putting things together in the right order (and sliding in and up ar and angle from the front) 'before' putting the front mount fan rails in after. Unless you want a really hard life (and to risk not be able to pull it off at all) you will want to opt for a 360 rad at most in the front, I got lucky frankly, it worked but only just.. Unless you want a really hard life (and to risk not be able to pull it off at all) you will want to opt for a 360 rad at most in the front, I got lucky frankly, it worked but only just.. Also shenanigans were then required to mount fans in the front for RGB aesthetics as well as a rad. I had to mount the rad to the left rail, and fasten that (leaving it floating on the right) and mount my fans to the right rail only and then mount that leaving the fans floating on the left. I'm guessing that would be bad for static pressure, so I used some door draft excludes to help seal that left side, and used the supplied 140's on the back of the rad in a push-pull fan-sandwich configuration (not a problem for sound as the fans run slow and silent unless I'm working so hard my GPU drowns out the as higher loads). I can think of a couple of ways they could have fixed this.My last case was also fractal (which I loved, 12 years old) but this case has the same problem that did. Very little space bind the backplate for cables. You're going to have to make the effort to just to be able to close the rear panel. An extra 3mm would have made a world of difference. I doubt anyone would have said no if it had been 3mm wider, and 8mm taller (to help fit a rad).

By far the best case I've ever owned or used

Fantastic case that keeps my equipment cool. Probably one of the (if not the) best case on the market at the moment. Absolutely loved building in it and using it.

Great case, excellent airflow, bit more difficult than your average build to do water cooling

Looks great! Antec 900/1200 vibes
10 January 2022

Went for gray as it's a good middle ground, lovely to build in, have to be careful with GPU model as PSU cables JUST reach a 3070ti TUF, only two gripes are lack of spaces above and to the left for LED strips and the bottom fan tray cannot be removed without removing both front brackets! Would have preferred to just direct mount to the bottom. Overall really pleased with it and can't wait to do a full loop inside this case. Can just about fit modules like the commander, hue and lighting node on the left of the rear panel. I wish they would do an inch space all the way along as there is more than enough internally, maybe too much space either side of a 420 rad.

Purchased for airflow, silence low cpu temps & form factor

Case met all expectations and more. It was easy to build in, manage cables and keeps the CPU cool partnering with a bequiet Dark Rock Pro 4.
