Beautiful looking shoe but the fit of these are terrible. They are too shallow in the heels and your foot sits to high in the heel causing terrible blisters. I wish I had read the feed back from customers who have bought on Facebook as this is the general consensus. Frankie 4 need to develop a lower whole length foot bed to swap in the shoe. I tried all the foot beds the shoes came with but they made no difference.Not the usual fantastic Frankie4 comfort and customer service is no help what so ever.Save your money and either but jackies or look elsewhere. Frankie 4 customer service has also certainly gone downhillll since I purchased my first pair of ther shoes 4 years ago. So quick to fob you off now with little to no assistance.I Don't recommend this shoe!

These shoes are extremely comfortable.In the Paddington Sydney store however there werent many available styles when i purchased them. i loved the Mim II white braided style which i sadly missed out on purchasing and can no longer be found. But i do hope more styles with even more sole platform thickness (for us shorties) will become available in future! will be excited to use my new 25 dollar voucher to go toward my next beautiful pair!

The Billie White Tumbled sneaker is a comfortable casual style sneaker with extra zip and suede details which give it just a little more character than a plain white sneaker. The higher platform provides additional comfort for my tired feet when I have been walking all day. The zip is also a convenient addition when trying on clothes and shoes as it is quick to take off and put on in change rooms. Love the Billie so much I should probably get it in another colour!

Apart from being on trend, I am so pleased with look feel and fit of these pumps. The zip makes it super easy to put on, yet stylish enough in rose gold to look classy. It truly is like walking on a cloud wearing Frankie’s. These are my second buy. My others I now wear everyday and these are my going out. I have a size 11 , wide foot with no arch, I can honestly say Frankie’s are the first shoe I have ever put on that don’t need stretching, breaking in and the comfort level through the sole allows me to wear them all day on my feet withought back ache. I've tried inserting the half inner soles, but that didn't help, yet I'm sure they are the right size. I'd been reluctant to spend the extra money for frankie 4 but wanted something longer lasting than the previous brands I've bought (all leather and around $189) in the same kind of style, but it is a very slow process. I was excited when the shoes arrived. They fit well but unfortunately cause big blisters on my heels.I have tried with the half soles but the toe space is too roomy and the it doesn’t resolve the heel issue. Tried with the tiny front insert but my heel then slips out.Enquired alternatives with Frankie4 who gave me a few options. So I’ve tried softening the heel of the shoe by hand and walking around the house in the shoes with thick socks.Still have to try them out and about.

I had to replace my first pair 11 months after purchasing. The uppers are still in great condition, but the synthetic lining in the toe box has worn through in multiple spots, completely shredded. These shoes are one of the most comfortable pair of white sneakers I own. I bought these for my trip to Japan where I walked around 20 000 steps/day with no discomfort. I did wear them in prior to my trip approximately 3 times so they could mould to my feet and there were no blisters at all. The zips were very convenient on my holiday when I had to remove shoes quickly when visiting places. They are awesome for when you are in a hurry! Once you have zips on your shoes, you never go back. They are now my everyday sneaker to work.
