I wish I had read the feed back from customers who have bought on Facebook as this is the general consensus. Frankie 4 need to develop a lower whole length foot bed to swap in the shoe. I tried all the foot beds the shoes came with but they made no difference.Not the usual fantastic Frankie4 comfort and customer service is no help what so ever.Save your money and either but jackies or look elsewhere. Frankie 4 customer service has also certainly gone downhillll since I purchased my first pair of ther shoes 4 years ago. So quick to fob you off now with little to no assistance.I Don't recommend this shoe!

But i do hope more styles with even more sole platform thickness (for us shorties) will become available in future! will be excited to use my new 25 dollar voucher to go toward my next beautiful pair!

I was eyeing off these shoes for awhile. No regrets and love them! I love the zip so they are so easy to put on. I have had issues with my feet and found the pair I bought (not Frankie4, typical shoe shop type) were not supportive and I had foot and ankle pain after a few weeks of waiting them so decided to invest in some good quality sneakers. Worth the price for no foot pain while also looking good.
These are very comfortable and look classy with dresses and skirts too. I bought them to replace some other fashion sneakers that are impossible to walk any distance in due to sole being so hard. My only issue is that I can’t wear hidden socks with them as something happens at the back of the heel to cause the socks to continually tide under my foot. I’ve tried the extra inserts and the toe one makes a bit of difference except the shoes are then uncomfortably tight.

I was excited when the shoes arrived. They fit well but unfortunately cause big blisters on my heels.I have tried with the half soles but the toe space is too roomy and the it doesn’t resolve the heel issue. Tried with the tiny front insert but my heel then slips out.Enquired alternatives with Frankie4 who gave me a few options. So I’ve tried softening the heel of the shoe by hand and walking around the house in the shoes with thick socks.Still have to try them out and about.

I had to replace my first pair 11 months after purchasing. The uppers are still in great condition, but the synthetic lining in the toe box has worn through in multiple spots, completely shredded. These shoes are one of the most comfortable pair of white sneakers I own. I bought these for my trip to Japan where I walked around 20 000 steps/day with no discomfort. I did wear them in prior to my trip approximately 3 times so they could mould to my feet and there were no blisters at all. The zips were very convenient on my holiday when I had to remove shoes quickly when visiting places. They are awesome for when you are in a hurry! Once you have zips on your shoes, you never go back. They are now my everyday sneaker to work.
