Was advised by Good Guys sales person of size of unit best suited for my home, many thanks to him as the split system is so easy to use and more important the right size for my home. Could not have been better advised. The outside unit runs extremely quiet and the inside unit has all features I wanted. I am very happy with this purchase. Many Thanks Hood Guys.

Had a contractor from The Good Guys come out to assess our needs before deciding on and purchasing a unit and booking the install. The contractor gave some great advice about the size of the unit needed, where it would best be placed in the room and which appliances were best performing.Everything was completed in a timely manner, including delivery of our unit the day after we ordered and installation a week later. The tradesmen did a fantastic job installing the unit. They arrived on time and had the job completed in 2 hours. The Fujitsu unit is minimal in design and quiet when operating. We are very happy with our purchase. This was an easy process with everything booked through The Good Guys.

Got this 5kW/6kW reverse cycle at Good Guys, had it delivered to Aldinga Beach. Installed recently. Working really well. Up and down weather has meant able to test heating as well as cooling. Quiet, operates well!
Very happy with our purchase. We bought 2 as we have a reasonable size home. We also have cathedral ceilings and the unit very comfortably heats and cools both areas easily. Highly recommend.
Its a 5kW reverse cycle air conditioner - reasonably quiet. I was going to buy a 7kW but the installer - also recommended by The Good Guys said that a 5kW was enough - he was right. I had a Fujitsu 2.5kW unit previously. Under capacity for the job it was running 24/7 for about 4 months every summer. It did this without issue for 6 years so I bought another one. Jason and his helper installed the system, most helpful men, they were clean and tidied all the old system into their van for disposal, they were extremely careful with the installation of the new aircon units, I was very impressed by them both. I haven't tried the cooling system yet but the heating part is really good, heats very quickly and efficiently. Overall, very pleased with this product especially when I received the $ 200 cash back in the form of a Mastercard. The Good Guys Robina are very helpful, I have bought most of my household products from them over the years and the aftersales and warranties also excellent.
So it is misleading to the customers also the delivery guy i beleive it should be 2 people carry the unit it was only 1 person who draged the unit inside my house. i beleive my unit has been damaged because it has been mishandled and it has given a lot of headache to you guys as well as the manufacturer and the customer. IT double job and a lot of Hassel to everyone, the product was delivered on 20/12 2021 and it was a Christmas gift to my wife and it turned out to be ugly and upsetting .I beleive Fujitsu will replace with a new unit .Thanking you in advance ,The complain was lodged on 23/12/21, the Fujitsu tech is comming on 10 January. We bought this unit for my elderly mother to keep her cool over summer. It's an excellent unit. Easy to use for those who can navigate their way around a remote, however not so simple for the elderly. That's the only drawback. Apart from that, it heats and cools really well, and quite quiet. Happy to recommend it.
