I had to go through weeks of customer service just to get what I paid for. I will probably toss the other stick and just buy all new ram. If you are using Aura Sync, be warned that the RGB configurations for these are very, very, very buggy. I had to install bloatware just to get the things to work properly, and even then it’s not perfect and is dysfunctional in sleep mode.

I enjoy them and would like to purchase more when the need for 32 GB arises. I would recommend this product to others. If money is an issue look elsewhere as there are cheaper but less colorful alternatives with the same performance characteristics.

Blazing fast, worked right away. One click in bios and full speed was achieved properly with a Ryzen 5 5600x. Not much else to say, they also look pretty?

If big case with plenty of clearance go for it! nice looking ram. Small form factor builds with large air coolers or top mount rads beware depending on motherboard placement in case you may not have the clearance to run these.
If you want great ram with killer rgb then buy this.
I always recommend GSkill to everyone I know I've used it in many builds. The lighting is fantastic and it is just plug and play just turn XMP or DOCP on an it hits rated speed everytime.
Great product overall. Side note: When I first installed these sticks my computer defaulted to an underclock, not sure if that's user error or a manufacture setting. You might need to make sure that your computer isn't set to have them underclocked after first installing. I just reset my XMP settings and made sure they were set to the correct clockspeed and now everything works perfectly!
I like the look of two rows of 3600 RGB DIMMS with the standard dual channel black ripjaws tucked in between, giving me 32 gb of fast RAM. Same performance with a sizeable cost savings. These two pairs are identical RAM, just one set has RGB lighting. Looks great and performs as expected. Wish I could post a photo here.
This is the second review after I deleted the first one. I realized I had not spelled out my systems specs so the manufacture rebuttal focused on the wrong thing so here we go: I love GSkill memory, this is the first time I have ever had a problem in many years of building systems. This system is my gaming rig. My specs: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk (bios 7C91vA5, latest) <- will run ram up to 5100 OC'd per specs Ryzen 7 3700X Thermaltake Water 3.0 360 ARGB Sync Edition AIO Seasonic FOCUS GX-750 (Gold) RTX 3070 FE Now the ram (F4-3600C16D-16GTZRC) is not on MSI's QVL. It would randomly restart the machine, usually when idle but I also had it happen mid game. It didn't matter if the XMP was set for 3600 or if it was at 2933. Asrock had some issues early on (check reddit) with the B550 chipset so I chalked it up to that and went with the MSI B550. Had the same issues. I decided to wait for bios updates to get the ram situation (so I thought) fixed but after 4 bios revisions, no joy, I still got the random restarts when I put the ram back in. Fortunately I have some G.Skill 3200 (F4-3200C16D-16GTZB) that is rock solid and I have no issues whatsoever with it, so I am good to go. I am waaay past the window to RMA these but I did decide to wait, thinking an update would fix the issue, so that is on me.
I am new to the AMD Zen 2 architecture but have been building PCs for a very long time. I bought this RAM for my new MSI X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI and Ryzen 9 3900X without realizing there is actually another Trident Z Neo module specifically designed for the AMD Ryzen platform. The good news is this RAM works flawlessly in my setup. All I needed to do was enabling XMP in the BIOS. I can run memtest86 and Prime95 for hours with zero stability issues. It really "just works"! The only con is the Trident Z Lighting Control software. During Windows 10 startup, we would be prompted to allow the software to make changes to the system. I saw some information online and the issue is related to the certificate the software presents to Windows 10. But I uninstalled Dragon Center for other reasons. I have not tried to overclock the RAM so I cannot comment on this. I am looking for a stable system running at its stock speed and for that I am 100% satisfied with this setup.
