Got these to pair with my Garmin S62 Approach watch. Setup was simple and pretty quick and they worked great right out of the box. I have had other devices like these in the past that required manual shot "activation" by tapping the club on a belt clip. I always found that I missed shots because I forgot to tap and it was too much of a distraction during serious rounds. These are completely automatic. Shot tracking is quite accurate, only occasional false shots recorded which are easy to delete inside the phone app. Very happy with these!

It only takes a few minutes to attach the sensors to your clubs, and pair them to your Garmin device (I use one of the watches).Then every-shot is tracked, with only rare “missed” shots. These are easy to edit in during, or after the round.It greatly increases the amount of stats, and feedback within the Garmin Golf app.If you are already within the Garmin Universe these are the perfect choice for shot tracking, and deeper analysis of your game.Fully recommended.

Super-simple to set up. The sensor screws into the hole at the top of the grip. Pair them up with your phone/watch and you're good to go. I've played several rounds since and they've been faultless. Highly recommended!

I bought this product to use with my Garmin Approach S62 watch. Fair to say the setup was easy and they work seamlessly together. It is great that the watch automatically picks up which club your using and begins to build a statistical history on each club distance.I have had instances where it may pick up some practice shots but that is easy to rectify within the app after your round.It would be nice of Garmin would integrate these products with the G80 & R10 launch monitors seeing as they are part of the approach line also.Highly recommend buying this product for use with approach watches.
Of the 14 brand new sensors, only 6 are still working after 2 rounds of golf. Apparently this is common and battery life for the sensors is definitely not 4 years as advertised. I will replace all batteries and see how it goes.The two stars are for potential. When it works, it is very useful. However having to manually fiddle around trying to pair watch and clubs is annoying and distracting mid-round.I will return this product if no improvement.
Very difficult editing golf devices, you can only do it when you are at a courseIn the end I kept swapping sensors as you cannot reallocate them even after dropping the golf app and replacing all batteriesIt really should not be this difficultI will continue to try to align the old club sensor but there is no way you can start from scratchI did buy 3 new sensors to replace 1 lost one and spent $64 on new batteries, one would hope resetting sensors would be easierWhat happens when I get new clubs?Hoping for LOTS more imputCheersL
I love this product. I LOVE IT! It keeps very accurate records of shots, records easily and seamlessly, it has HELPED my game tremendously. I highly recommend these. (Note: I only bought sensors for driver through gap wedge. I rarely do a full swing with my sand and lob wedge, so no reason there, and I already know how well I hit my putter; I saw no reason for a sensor for my putter.)
I have had sensors for two years. For the most part they work great. They allow me to see how far I am hitting each club. There are minor hiccups every once in awhile, but they are few and far between. Love the Garmin app which allows me to go back after a round and see individual shots (club and length). Would definitely recommend buying these.
Hot the sensors and fitted them easily within 30 min ..paired them with my Garmin approach S62 and the Garmin golf App. So far no problem they have detected every shot and made score and Stats tracking a breeze. Will see how they go long-term ..used for 5 rounds so far. As usual GB service excellent and fast.
they are cool once you figure out how to actually use, once screwed in tight they don't stay tight, so constantly retightening. in a 9 hole round it missed 2 shots, think both were putts and probably short putts. easy to set up and pair with watch. but no instructions how to ise and get the stats. but figured out you have to score on your watch and when you complete round open garmin app and it downloads your score card.
