I often buy paint from this company. satisfied . very good selection of colors. paints quickly. the price is super. I just don't like the smell, it's strong. I wish the smell was less strong. and I like everything. I like that it doesn't stain my towels, that's a constant problem. creamy texture. The hair color is super the one I want and the hair is also shiny after dyeing.

I was going through one of my i need to get rid of this dark hair color moods. When i spontaneously decided to buy garnier. I have jet black hair and the color actually took to my hair. It gave me this pretty medium brown color which was so much better then my black hair. The price is great and the after dye conditioner smells AMAZING leaving your hair smelling good for days !

I just used hair dye product recently. I choose Garnier product because of the high review and good price. I came with the thorough instruction, glove, and the easy dying bottle. It tooks about an hour for me to put all the solution on my hair. It has dying smell, like others brand names, of course, but I feel like the smell is lighter, I can tolerate it without having headache. The color is true to the description. I have Asian black hair, after dying, my hair turned medium brown as the description, the coverage is great. It so cheap to do it yourself in stead of spending hundred bucks in salon. Highly recommended.

I truly love this Blue Curaçao (aka Intense Pure Indigo)! I could not find this color for the review. I have…had virgin hair that was strawberry blonde until I dyed it with Garnier Fructise Intense Fiery Red all over. I then decided I wanted some dark highlights. After hours of searching for the perfect color, I found the Blue Curaçao. I had washed my hair twice in the time it took to receive the blue (a total of 7 days). I sectioned the top and sides of my hair to do 4 strips/highlights of the blue. I then pulled the portion underneath (the portion near my neck) and colored all of that with the blue. I left it in for 25 minutes, rinsed it out with cool water until the water was no longer Blue, put on the Mask Treatment (D - included with the Garnier Fructise) and ... MoreI truly love this Blue Curaçao (aka Intense Pure Indigo)! The product just did not want to come out. After everything was mixed though, things went as they normally do. I had more than enough product to cover all of my hair (shoulder length) and I was actually quite impressed with how quickly and easily it rinsed out.My initial feelings about the results were positive. My hair felt soft and it did not look like the process had damaged it too much. The color was a very nice, natural black that covered all of my greys perfectly. I was still annoyed with the smell though, as it just kept lingering, even after shampooing it a few days later. Then, after washing my hair for the second time after coloring it, I began to feel a little disappointed.In a short time span, my hair had gone from the soft, natural looking, black that the box promised to a very dark brown. I also began to notice that some of my greys had turned red. I have never had fading like this happen so quickly and as of right now, not even a full month after coloring my hair with this product, my hair is just a bit darker than my natural color. It seems to be affecting my roots the most, so I think it may be possible that my hair just didn’t take to this hair color. I do not hate the current shade (it actually looks very pretty) and it does look pretty close to the color result on the side of the box. However, I was expecting a darker shade, similar to what I usually use, so I am unsure if I would use this product again. I would say though, that if you have stubborn greys and you are looking for a way to cover them with natural looking results, this would probably do the job for you. However, if you want to cover your greys and have BLACK hair (not brown-black), I would recommend a different brand or a darker shade (if they have them in this line).

Best store bought dye

Garnier dyes are tried and true for me. This one in particular took my hair from a fading magenta cellophane rinse to a gorgeous dark brown. There was plenty of product left over so I didn’t have to worry about not having enough for my long & really thick 3C hair. I loved the way my hair smelled after using it and it looked a lot healthier too. Will be getting this one again when my indestructible grays come back

Extremely Satisfied

I have really long wavy/straight thick hair, down to my waist just about, and I really wanted to get rid of the two toned hair that my ombre/blonde had grow out to. This color matched my roots just enough. It comes out darker at first but will fade with washes - that being said I was not worried when my results turned out closer to black than a deep dark brown. I purchased two boxes but was able to cover my entire head with one. I am planning to go back through some areas with the second box for full coverage. I was extremely satisfied with the amount of product. The conditioner that you wash your hair with at the end left my hair feeling so silky smooth. The dye also came off my skin easily when I accidentally got it on my neck or ears. Nope!!! New formula causes hair loss!!

Hate the new formula!!!!! I’ve been using this hair color for 5 years and I loved it until now! The new formula is so hard to squeeze out of the bottle, I’m using all my upper arm strength. But what’s worse about it is my hair started falling out since the new formula came out this year. My scalp is itchy and I’m losing so much hair, it’s worse than postpartum hair loss! I switched to Schwarzkopf hair color and absolutely love it so much more!
