The item arrived damaged after waiting 9 days to be delivered. The pan support was broken. Never have I seen this before. It is meant to be made of cast iron????? Was picked up by the courier and the courier sat on it for 9 days. The courier driver didn't have the guts to ring the door bell even though I was at home and he left the item vertically standing not leaning against anything. Any slight wind the item would have fell over and got damaged even more. Raised a case as per MyDeal policy and still waiting for a resolution. Very lengthy process to buy and resolve issues. First and last time to buy anything from MyDeal

One ignitor not working correctly. As soon as you push knob down the ignitor comes on but as soon as you turn it to bring gas on the ignitor stops
