[Rewarded Review] Awesome long-handled ratcheting wrenches with pivoting heads

All too often I find myself needing to access a bolt in a precarious location. The 6-piece GearBox Metric 12-Point 90-Tooth Double Flex Head Extra Long Ratcheting Wrench Set is awesome for those hard to reach places. The ratcheting wrenches not only ratchet, the heads pivot for tight angles. The long handles also allow for more leverage on tough bolts. Definitely recommend this set to add to your tool arsenal.

Gearwrench has become a brand I go to for specialty tools lately for working on automobiles. This set does not disappoint however, there is always room for improvements, or more specialty tools. These wrenches have a 90 tooth ratcheting mechanism which does a 4 degree swing arc for limited points of access where a larger sweep is not possible. The head flexes to help improve access anglewith a longer beam for better reach and "better leverage". The leverage is much more beneficial however, you do need to have increased access opening to take full advantage of the tool. I do wish it had the wrench head in a pin-detent so it didn't easily wobble but they are stiff. I wish they all had a set thickness you can depend on for certain applications. The tool size and brand is nicely embossed however, they are not "color markings" on mine, you must have to add paint to them and wipe excess off for high vis color markings. They work great and I cannot wait for the next set I add to my drawer.

This set of wrenches are great. As a mechanic some of my co-workers have wrenches like these from other brands, and i have wanted a set. Then Gear Wrench came out with them and I couldnt be happier. Im a big fan of Gear Wrench ratchets and other Gear Wrench wrenches. Now I have this set and l use them quite often, the long reach and flexible heads on each end. I love these wrenches.

These ratcheting wrenches are truly long! I was surprised when I opened them at the length. Each wrench has two sizes on it, and both heads swivel. Of course, by their name, you can tell they all ratchet. That makes them so handy to get into tight places with the flex head and the ratchet. Each wrench has heads that are 2 mm apart in size and they cover from 8mm to 19mm consecutively. That is good coverage. A lot of times, wrench sets like these have gaps, but no gaps in coverage from these wrenches!They are well made and well finished. The sizes are engraved on the handle and very easy to read. With the flex head, you don't have to worry about switching the direction of the ratchet.
