Pretty good card. Runs cool and quiet even when fully loaded, temps around 60 even after I did a slight overclock. Plenty of overclocking headroom compared to other current gen cards.Performance is a bit lackluster, especially considering the price. Just don’t give any hope on ray tracing. Runs perfectly in 1080p, could also handle 2k fine.Gigabyte software control/rgb fusion on this card is quite barebone and feels a bit janky. I used it once and decided to uninstall it and just use the default slow rgb cycle. Luckily Radeon software has built in tuning tools that works perfectly with this card.

Hello bb customers. Spring of 2021 i wanted to build an updated computer that would be able to run newer games and software. I chose to go with a ryzen 5 5600x. I did not know about the gpu short at the time and had to use my old amd 550 gpu. After months of looking somehow I snagged this 6600xt at a higher than expected cost but it was lower than most gpus. I am able to run flight sim 2020 at 60 fps at 1080p. I recommend this card if you cannot wait for gpu prices too come down.

At first this card was absolutely amazing out of the box, and I was impressed by its performance but not even a full year into the ownership of this card and its artificing H.A.R.D. Crashes all my games for the most part under normal loads, sometimes will blue screen my computer which is caused by this card. I have a I7 13700k and new components. I'm not sure if there's a warranty for this card but I sure hope so. Not satisfied with it.

First and foremost, if you plan on getting an AMD card, make sure you're running PCIe 4.0 to get the most out of it. This card falls between the 3060 and 3060 ti in terms of performance. This card can play just about anything on 1080Ultra and most 1440p games just fine. Considering the current availability of the market, it is probably the best performance per dollar you will get if you can purchase it as the selling price of $550 USD. Let's face it, we all want a 3060 ti, and at this price point we would love a 3070. But realistically, it doesn't seem like supplies and pricing will improve for several months or even the next year. Good card to hold you over and you can always sell it when you upgrade and recoup some of your spent money.
Coming from a GTX 1060 3GB card to this RX6600xt has been amazing. I was struggling to run any of my favorite titles beforehand, RDR2, BF5, etc. and now im running them 1440p High-Ultra settings with relatively high FPS. On RDR2 Im getting an average of 80FPS with 1440p Ultra texture detail (paired with a ryzen 5 5600x) and am entirely blown away with the performance. The card definitely delivers, and would be (in my opinion) entirely suitable for 1080p ultra gaming or 1440p medium if youre looking for that consistent 144fps. Wonderful card, very glad I bought it!
I have been using this card for a couple of weeks now. no problems at all. It runs very quiet while I game at 1080 at 144hz. The temps are around 39 to 42 in game.(BFV). I downloaded the Gigabyte Aorus app for this card which enabled me to set a custom fan curve that keeps things cool and silent.I purchased this card because all my other components are AMD. Also the price was much less than a Nvidia 3060. I really needed a card as my 3 year old water cooled Rx580 caught on fire on power up one day ! (arc welder). Rip.Yes graphics cards are expensive today , but the way I looked at it was I`m getting twice the performance over the last card for twice the price. All in all, it just gets on with it, silently. Perfect!
Initially on launch day, I was hoping to get a similarly priced Nvidia card, but all I was able to get were 6600 xt's.I hadn't done any research so I declined and walked out of the store after waiting in line for that morning event. Later I did some research at home and realized it's actually a really good card for the time in which it has been released.Came back the next day and paid for extra 50 USD they had tacked on (ha)Don't forget to make sure to slightly overclock and also undervolt the GPU and adjusting the fan curve to keep this sucker a little more cool. Great GPU and it's pretty small as well.
Not a bad card, considering that the one I bought tested with only 4 GB of GDDR6 RAM, rather than the Best Buy promoted, and package described 8GB of GDDR6 RAM. Likely because of the less than expected amount of GDDR6 RAM, the Passmark benchmark results were, while good when compared to the RX 480 graphics card it was intended to replace, it was yet a much lower than expected benchmark result than even the average score expected for the card; (a 12,000 benchmark score, rather than the near 15,700 that is the current average.) Seeing a disappointing benchmark score, I decided to use HWInfo 64 to check the new card's hardware information. Just managed to snag an open box for $480. I will be returning the standard OC edition after a week of this one running with no issues. If I haven't returned to update this, it's because the gpu is holding up and at $480 in this market it's a steal! This card can run most games on 1440 medium to high and older games on ultra. The performance falls between that of a 3060 and a 3060ti which as we all know neither is available under $800 because of scalping. I'll gladly take this for just under $500 and hold on to it until the next gen gpu are released. My 1060 isn't doing my 1440p monitor justice with newer games.
This Gigabyte RX600XT was a replacement for a R570 card. I use it for 1080p gaming. I do not do any overclocking, beyond stock.Pros:It was available to purchase online, at reasonably, in today's market, above MSRP.It has been able to quietly handle anything thrown at.It runs cool. The backplate is solid. No frills install, (remove connector shield, seat, plug in power, and go)It does not use much power relative to similar cards.I didn't have to switch the AMD driver in windows 11 from the R570.Neutral:It is not quite powerful enough for full frame 1440p gaming, but at capped 75 frames, runs like a champ.Cons:It was not the card I was looking for, but the card I could get.It only does baby ray tracing.
