It's a wonderful brand of knife to use and I use it to cut my burger buns, sandwiches, tomatoes. It's light so i needed some time to get the hang of not having to death grip my knife. I love that its 1 whole piece making washing the knife easy. I don't have to worry about pathogens soaking into the handle.

I love that its 1 whole piece making washing the knife easy. I don't have to worry about pathogens soaking into the handle.

Wanted a small bread/roll/bagel knife and the Gs 61 is perfect. Cuts most loaves no trouble, and obviously perfect for rolls etc. it’s very well made very sharp and easy to store—-perfect!!

I am very happy with the sandwich knife…its my main knife now and glides through the food effortlessly …nice to hold..best knife I have ever purchased.
This knife is just the right size for cutting bagels and small loafs of home made bread. It is very sharp so cuts easily through a crusty loaf. It is a well made and extremely light in hand knife.
Very good. Global Sai are my preferred knives but the range is limited.
