This was our best Christmas gift by far! Since receiving these knives cooking has become such a joy! We had not realised what blunt heavy handled knives we had been labouring with in our kitchen for too long! Everything is a pleasure and so easy now - from carving out the pith and seeds in a red pepper, to dicing up meat, or slicing bread. These knives just slice through everything so smoothly and quickly. Preparation time is halved! Everything about the preparation of food has become a joy rather than a chore! Thank you for this fabulous product. The discount was amazing too.

I’ve never owned a good set of knives until now. The Osaka set has all the knives I need (I didn’t want the bread knife that comes in most other sets), and I’ve dispensed with all my old knives and look forward to much improved prep time in the kitchen.

Global knives are high-quality crafted knives that will last a lifetime if properly cared for. This is a great set for anyone who wants to improve their kitchen skills. The only thing missing is a nice honing steel (fine ceramic or diamond rod) to keep them razor sharp.
Purchased as a gift but I'd buy one for personal use after seeing the set. Nice finish and attractive design.
The knives get dull really easily. The only good one is the serrated one I would not purchase that said again.

good looking knives but they all get rust spots right after first use. Called customer support and told me to get the rust remover.
I absolutely love these sets! I wish my block set came with a sharpener or honing tool, but I love it anyways! Always be sure to dry your knives quickly to avoid rust spots.
