Bought these for my son who is an excellent cook. He is very fussy about knives and has tried many others. He loves the feel of the knife and says that they are the best knives he has ever used and that the way they cut through meat especially is just fantastic. He is now looking at other knives in this collection to build up his kitchen tools. I also have Global knives and knew that he would be impressed with their sharpness and design.

Knives are beyond my expectations. Not only does the block look good on the bench, the knives are amazing! You won't regret buying these knives, best decision I have made in the kitchen for a long time. Not sure why I put up with substandard knives for so long. Slice everything so effortlessly with these!

Best knives ever

My daughter bought a set and said they would blow my mind. Well they did , I love the easy handles to hold while cutting. As I eat ,and chop many vegetables ,they are just fantastic. Straight through tomatoes, cucumbers, pumpkin, potatoes. I buy unsliced bread just to use the bread knife . My cutting experience has been transformed. Thank you global knives.

First Time I have Ever Been Scared of Knives!

OMG these knives are soooo sharp, it's the first time I have ever been scared of knives! You could seriously take off the end of your finger with them so be careful. Having cautioned you, I will now say they are without a doubt the best knives I have ever owned. Being as ridiculously sharp as they are, they just glide through anything you want to throw at them and they mold well to your hand for a secure grip. If you handle them with the respect they demand, they will be a major asset to any kitchen and I highly recommend them. It's a rare 5 Stars from me guys, well done!

No regrets!

These knives are fantastic, not that I expected them not to be after much research on the type of knives I wanted to upgrade to from a mid priced/quality set we were usingfor the last decade. They cut everything so easily, I've never had so much fun slicing up vegetables or meat. Just remember, you buy Global for the amazing knives, not for the sub par knife holder. No regrets!

This is our second set of Global knives.A fantastic,quality product that will last for decades if cared for as per instructions. Incredibly sharp and easy to sharpen using a global sharpener. Easy slicing every time. Being able to purchase on sale couldn’t be passed up.

Sharp and beautiful

This block looks great in my kitchen. The handles are a good size and the weight is just right. The knives are super sharp. The only negative is that the block functions as storage only, it doesn't actually sharpen the knives like some other blocks do.The price was the best I could find on the internet!

The best knives Ive ever owned!

Ive never owned a good set of knives before. Ive always been to cheap and refused to shell out hundreds of dollars for a simple set of knives. Instead, Id buy $50 or $100 sets and hack away at the food I was preparing. I finally gave in after buying two atrocious sets and becoming very frustrated with chopping potatoes. So, after reading a heap of reviews, I settled on these because of the rave reviews. I was not disappointed! They are the sharpest knives Ive EVER come across. They slice thru potatoes like they are butter!!! They are easy to care for and look great. Little did I know what I had been missing!

Love these knives. So sharp, slice and cut through everything.From freshly baked bread, tomatoes and cheese, all your vegetables, meat and fish , they won't fail you. Feel so good in your hand to, nicely weighted. They have not disappointed me in any way. So glad I bought this set of Global Synergy knives.
