Good Health Magnesium Sleep Cream 90g

This product hasn't worked for me unfortunately however, it works for mamy of my friends. It smells nice and does give you a sense of relaxation juat not enough to help me switch of my brain. I would still recommend you give it a go. Great value for money

Great product

I use this nightly on my arms, neck and shoulders as I suffer from Fibromyalgia and have had bursitis shoulder. It has helped me and will keep on using this cream. The fragrance is not strong either unlike the straight magnesium cream in the range .. which is way too strong.

Helps with sleep

We use this cream as part of our 10 year old daughter's sleep routine. She has a very active brain and it's often difficult for her to unwind at the end of the day. We rub a small amount of this into the backs of her calves (we cycle the application areas) and it definitely seems to help. She also has melatonin and Sleep Drops for Kids. The cream is quite light (not too greasy), and is absorbed quite quickly. It also has a relaxing fragrance - that said, it would be good to have an unfragranced option too, for those more sensitive.

I have used this cream for restless legs and body at night for over 2 yrs now. At times I can actually feel the difference as I am going to sleep. My body and legs relax within a short time. I apply to calves, upper thighs, and often across back of neck and across top of shoulders. It also helps specifically with overworked muscles and the delayed stiffness that comes with tramping up and down hills and lots of steps.

Magnesium sleep cream

I love love this product. Helps me to have a great sleep . Have given a bottle to my daughter as she is going thru Menopause and was not sleeping well. She said it has helped her heaps and has settled her hot sweats as well. Also we rub on our grandson tummy and he sometimes gets upsets tummy due to not going to the toilet as well as he should. With another product of yours and this Magnesium has helped him loads.

Relaxing

I have used Magnesium cream for quite a while now, so I thought I would try the Sleep Magnesium. I find it far more effective than the magnesium tablet. It is soothing and rubbed into the soles of your feet, along the shoulders helps enormously. You can feel the muscles relax and the smell is so calming it lulls you into sleep. I would order this product again definitely.

The best!

It works like miracle for me. Suffering from extremely painful cramps and muscle pain especially during the night I was afraid to go bed - only the strongest painkillers would bring me a bit of relief. I have started to use Magnesium Sleep Cream out of shear desperation - it was a gift and I thought -why not; it can't get worse. Now, I use it every night; no need for painkillers and I sleep trough the night. It is worth trying. I hope it will be available for very long time

Use it daily!

This product is part of my nightly routine to relax before bed. I sleep quickly and well with this on. The pleasing Lavender scent is just right and not overpowering. The next day my muscles are more relaxed.

Works like a charm!

I've been using it for about 2 weeks now (in conjunction with a magnesium supplement that I've been taking for about 2 months). I only started sleeping well once I started using this cream. It makes me sleep deeply, and I have been trying for years to get my sleep sorted!

Works very well. Smells nice. Would buy it again. I also like their magnesium cream for muscles and joints. Small amounts are enough so it lasts long.
