I bought these knowing full well that they're not vegan, despite my being vegan, because Vit D is essential for a vegan diet and I don't expose myself to the sun nearly enough to produce my own Vit D., and I can't seem to find a product that is vegan. I can taste the lanolin, and as a vegan, the taste is not pleasant at all. I have to swallow it very very quickly to avoid the taste. It's more of a necessary evil, and I'm sure I'll experience the benefits by not experiencing the symptoms of the lack of Vit D. So thank you to the sheep responsible for sharing.

Our family has taken these for a few years and all has been well. Unfortunately these have been reformulated with Stevia now being a part of the sweetening component. Sadly as that is a substance that several family members react to, we have had to go to a non chewable supplement. Same story with their time release magnesium. Not written on the bottle but upon calling the company, there it was. Very disappointing as they had no magnesium supplement without Stevia..

These Vit D3 tablets are much easier to dissolve than the other product I was using which was under the tongue but seemed to take a very long time. Anyway, nice and quick to dissolve in the mouth and pleasant tasting. Keeping D3 levels up is very important during the winter months in NZ to guard against upper respiratory infections and many many other things.

Good Health products are one of the best products out there. By far my favourite. One feels better within a day that you use the product. Nice flavour, melts in mouth. Great for people who hate swallowing capsules

Used this all through winter with the whole family. Easy to take and nice taste. Feel like it kept the winter blues away. Great value
I started on 15,000 IU's per day (for 5 weeks). Amazing difference. Within a few days Depression disappeared and that huge lonely feeling in my chest also disappeared. I had tried so many ways to pull out of these without enough success. So moving on. One day I missed one dose and wham! I went straight back down again. I increased to 19,000 per day after three or so weeks I have reduced down to 11,000 daily and slowly reducing.
Decided to take this vitamin after listening to some well documented research on you tube. If you look up Dr John Campbell, he explains a study that is in the British Medical journal re vitamin B3 and how it can protect you from upper respiratory tract infections. Apparently a lot of people are low on this . It is well worth listening too in light of covid19.
I tried vitamin d after seeing research supporting its use for hormonal acne. I've been dealing with cystic chin acne for around 6 years, worse before a period but always there. After taking 2-3 a day for 2 months, no more acne, only a tiny spot that lasted a day. Menstrual pain also improved. I can't believe it, after all this time of trying everything I could, these little sunshine pills turned out to be the answer :)
