I had a hunting blind decide it wanted to explore the field during turkey season. It took some damage on the roof, wall, windows, I didn’t know what to do so I tried this tape. I taped over the rips and packed the blind up. Upon unpacking and folding the blind out the tape was exactly were I put it. The tape held up for weeks in the weather being folded and stretched out again several times. It has held up amazingly. I even repaired a rip in my son neoprene hunting boot, it held up and he had no leaks. Reading the other reviews about putting it under water and thinking it will stick almost turned me off buying it. The instructions say all air and water must be removed from under tape. I used this gorilla waterproof, patch and seal product to seal up some holes in my daughters blowup waterslide. We took it out a couple weeks ago when it got hot and it wasn’t staying inflated so we had to find the holes. We used this glue to patch up two different holes, then waited a couple of days and blew it up again, and it worked like a charm! We brushed it on with a paint brush, and that seemed to work well. I’ve always been a fan of the gorilla family products, and this is another one that I am adding to my toolbox. it was also very easy to tap the cover back on to seal it up again, so I can use it for future uses.

This gorilla waterproof patch and seal tape is great to have on hand for repairs. We used it to repair our pool chair that had a leak. Plus, I have a old school water hose that had some splits in the shell. This tape worked great for that too. Now it doesn't pinch my hand anymore. I highly recommend it. It is very easy to use. Just cut to size and round the corners. Apply and weigh down for 24 hours. Simple.
Had an old cast iron pipe that had been used for a bath waste and had developed multiple pinhole leaks. It was cemented into the wall at the end and the soil stack was also encased in a huge lump of concrete, so I didn’t want to break it all apart, if avoidable. Pipe had limited access and had rusted into bobbles which I didn’t grind away because it would probably have left bigger holes. Used a steel brush on the rust and treated it, then stuck 6” patches along leaking areas and smoothed down carefully. Leak free do far.

Worse case scenario is were out a strip or two and have to buy new buckets. I gotta say, it works! We used the tape on the outside of the buckets and after the sat, the next day used them to hold our bass with some pond water and we never sprung a leak. Now we don't have to purchase new. I don't know how long the tape will hold, especially with different temperatures, but for now we are pleased. There is an image of a "fixed" rain gutter on the product. Instructions on using the product are very straightforward and clear. I purchased this product to fix a raingutter. I cleaned and dried the rain gutter. The tape barely stuck to the surface. The raingutter is still leaking. What a waste of money.
I got this tape to fix the siding on my mobile home skirting. Over the years the weather takes a toll on our skirting and siding. I used this clear tape to patch up some holes in the skirting. I recommend reading the label before ripping it off and not being able to. I used sharp scissors after measuring what size I needed and they worked really well. I would suggest a sharp pair to cut through the thickness. The backing came off easy and went on and sealed up nicely. I didn't find any faults with this brand of tape! I prefer it for heavier projects. I have not seen any leaking and noticed a difference in the air flow for the better!
I had a minor leak pop up on some flashing (I think that is what it is called) on my roof where the pipe from my hot water heat comes out the top of my roof right before I was to leave for a week for vacation. I didn't have much on hand to help the situation, but I did have this waterproof patch/tape and I needed to do something quick. I put the tape over the small crack and hoped for the best for while I was gone. While on vacation, my home area experienced several days of rain, but when I got home, the tape was still in place, no peeling up or anything, so there was no leak in my home. I do plan on having someone come out and do some work on the area soon, but for a quick fix, it did the trick.
This Gorilla tape is a very handy item for both indoor and outdoor use, especially when you need something quick and effective to repair. To my surprise, it works on the inflatable slide really well. That big water slide I bought a few years ago and has a decent size hole that keep leaking air out. Try different brand tape and glue and it didnt work. Gonna give up but this Gorilla tape works on its magic way. Now the kids can enjoy their slide without any screaming or complaint.
