I've had mixed experiences with gorilla products in the past, but can't fault this product.As long as you're VERY careful to apply it only where you want it to be it's great. A bit tough to remove if you get it wrong though.

I used to repair a split (invisible to eye) to bottom (join on flat part of base) of a water butt. It worked. Also used on some guttering and so far worked on this too. I want to try out on inflatable canoe next.

I bought this to patch a small hole and crack in the asbestos roof of a garage. It did not stick at all. Surface was dry and solid.Completely useless in this application. This is the first problem I have ever had with a Gorilla adhesive product.

I've had mixed experiences with gorilla products in the past, but can't fault this product.As long as you're VERY careful to apply it only where you want it to be it's great. A bit tough to remove if you get it wrong though.

Ordering through click & collect was straight forward with my local store in Squires Gate, Blackpool. As soon as I placed my order, I recieved an email informing me my order was ready! On collection, Covid-19 measures were in place, collection was straight forward & simple! I purchased, "Gorilla Waterproof Patch & Seal Tape Black," which does work extremely well indeed! The price was £12:00 which I feel was very reasonable for the job it does. Would recommend buying! (Was used for a car cover, out in all weather's!)
Had a tare in roof felt under the tiles which allowed vermin into the loft space, having dealt with the vermin issues this gorilla seal tape worked fantastically well at repairing the hole, it was the middle of winter but still stuck so well in the cold loft and once in place can't be removed. Overall a great product which was recommended to me by a roofer mate of mine, if it's good enough for pro repairs it's good enough for about anything.
It’s surprising how well this will stick to plastic. I used it to patch up a DPM for a shed foundation that the builder had been careless with. As long as the surface was clean, adhesion was solid and was fairly easy to apply.
Had an old cast iron pipe that had been used for a bath waste and had developed multiple pinhole leaks. It was cemented into the wall at the end and the soil stack was also encased in a huge lump of concrete, so I didn’t want to break it all apart, if avoidable. Pipe had limited access and had rusted into bobbles which I didn’t grind away because it would probably have left bigger holes. Used a steel brush on the rust and treated it, then stuck 6” patches along leaking areas and smoothed down carefully. Leak free do far.
Used this to patch up internal felt failure. Seemed to work ok, but the stick on synthetic lead probably would have worked better with the use of a heat gun. Quite expensive for what it is but cheaper than other outlets
I originally bought this to seal some holes in a corrugated bitumen shed roof where the nails went through but I had a call from my tenant saying the shower was leaking through the ceiling. Knowing it would take 2 or 3 weeks to get someone to replace the shower and retile I used the gorilla tape to seal all round where the shower tray meet the tiles. No more calls from the tenant and 3 weeks later refitted bath is complete. Be warned this tape does not come off once stuck!
Used this to stop a leaking gutter joint. It’s very sticky so I would recommend carefully cutting the clear backing film in the centre of the piece you are using. Then peel the film out towards each end leaving about an inch remaining at each end. That way your fingers won’t get stuck on the tape. It did a great job.
