Gorilla Silver Tape 11m 41017

Had to replace a side view mirror on my vehicle that wasn't standard size. Been held on thru a trip from Chicago to Ohio now going on 2 months and just starting to peel. Definitely recommend for both minor and major repairs. Purchased at my local General hardware store. Also was available T my various " Dollar" stores.

I Gorilla taped some extra foam onto a dual sport motorcycle seat before a charity 17,000km ride across Canada and back. Through intense heat and the worst rainstorms it never gave a hint of letting go. Only came off after 3 more years of riding when I took it off because the foam wore out. Fixes tears in tents and raingear. Tape a few feet of it around a water bottle like a roll and you'll always have some.

A handy problem solver for home jobs.

Its been 2 years and so far I haven't needed to change it. Use to hold large broken down boxes together so they fit neatly in the recycling can so more items can fit. Use to cover holes on plastic grocery bags so I can put my used scoopable cat litter in them for disposal. Use a small piece to remove cat hair and lint from clothes and furniture. Amazing tape, curing is amazing

Bought this for covering up some rust on my pickup. The extra hype about Gorilla tape influenced my decision. I have used duct tape for so many use, this tape has outperformed any other tape I have used. After driving around for last 2 weeks in -25c, snow ,slush and 2 Truck washes, it has not only cured and stayed on, I do not even have 1 loose edge starting. Amazing tape, will be the only one in my tool box moving forward.

Do not use with gorillas.

So I was under the impression that gorilla tape was meant for gorillas, but boy was I wrong. I tried subduing two gorillas with “gorilla tape” but they busted out easily. When I used it for other stuff, it worked fine. I’m trying duck tape next week and if those ducks get loose, I’ll be really upset.

Exactly as Advertised.

Very tough and strong tape. But it's all about the prep. We found that working with this product is best when there are 2 people. This tape sticks and sticks tightly. So you need to be sure to be organized and ready to place the tape exactly where you want it. The second person is the one who would cut the tape and hold the item to be taped steady,

Gorilla tape

I needed duct type tape and found CTC had several types. Gorilla tape provided the largest amount per roll so it got the nod. Colour was not important, but l got black because its price point was significantly lower than the silver colour. In the future l will certainly check at CTC for my supplies.

I thought: black duct tape, what is the big deal?

It might seem like the "gorilla" products are kind of gimmicky. I originally thought "black duct tape, what is the big deal?". But the adhesive on this tape is serious stuff. I have used it as an assembly tape. It is really grippy. Now it is a toolbox staple for me. Good stuff.

Still top rate strength

As prices climb value is getting harder to find but Gorilla products are a premium product that just flat out work well the first time. Super strong adhesion, great tear strength…this product is a go to fit me for years if I need something I know might not work with the cheaper product…even the big name competition. Need it to stick? Go with gorilla.

The best you can get!

This stuff is ridiculous! Amazing! I'm so impressed. Long story short, I am waiting on a new sunroof to be installed and needed a quick fix to "patch it up" with a small tarp and there have been no leaks, no tears, no gaps - the gray Gorilla tape we used has been a lifesaver! Going 72 mph on the highway was a breeze! Thank you Gorilla Tape!
