I love this pan! It’s great for just cooking for me. I’m making sauces, pan frying and even making the perfect pancake can be achieved with this pan. Nothing sticks to it! I made a delicious Char Siu sauce for my pork in this pan. It was my first time experimenting with this recipe and the execution was flawless! This pan is sturdy and very well made without being super heavy. The quality is superior to every other pan I own. It looks great on the rack in my kitchen as well. This is definitely and everyday pan in my home, rarely gets put away as it’s perfect to prepare a meal any time. This pan would make an thoughtful gift as well. We so often come together over meals and while cooking, this pan will just make things a bit easier.

I have purchased other "healthy" brands of cookware in the past, that were decent quality but had to be replaced in a short amount of time. My husband and I spent hours researching cookware this time, and we decided to try this. I am thrilled with the performance of the pots and pans! The even heating is exceptional, clean up is a breeze, and I can see these lasting for years. I cook multiple meals daily and so far these have exceeded my expectations. They are not cheap aluminum feeling, they are heavy and sturdy. This is the only collection I've purchased from this brand, but I'm already shopping for other gadgets and tools with Greenpan!

So happy with this purchase! These pans are super easy to use. I haven’t had any issues with sticking as long as I’m using oil, and the clean up process has been a breeze. I will say it’s a little harder to get a nice sear on some things compared to my last set of pans, but it’s getting easier the more I use them. I’ve only been using for about a month, but they are holding up great and they get used every day.

I got this pan for making small things like an egg or two or grilled cheese. It's the perfect size and lightweight. I love the non stick feature. The package also says it is metal spatula safe, but to extend the life of it, I prefer to use a rubber one. It glides across the surface with ease. It is also very easy to clean between uses if you are doing something back to back. Just a paper towel and wipe it out.
I got this set 8 months ago. They're good quality, light, non stick but the coating is starting to wear off already which is quite disappointing. These pans are not heavy duty for frying or cooking with hot oil for example. We never used metal utensils only plastic ones. I used non stick pants that lasted longer.
I cook eggs every morning for breakfast, so I go through fry pans quickly and am always on the lookout for a great pan. So far, the Chatham version of the Green Pan has been great. The 8-inch size is perfect for cooking 2 eggs. The heat seems to distribute evenly and cook my eggs how I prefer. I have cooked my eggs both with and without butter and have had no issues with sticking. I hand wash the pan and it is easy to clean. I like that this has the healthy ceramic coating. I will have to see over time how this holds up to prevent sticking but as of now I am happy with the pan and can recommend it to others.

I am very pleased with these pans. They heat evenly, clean like a dream, and my favorite thing is the smooth bottom so they won’t scratch my glass cooktop. They’re definitely more plain than some of the gorgeous cookware out there, but they look nice and I’m happy that they don’t have an enamel outside coating to chip or stain. Plus, nonstick frying pans are only going to last a few years even with the best care, whether you spend $80 or $380 on them, so why not save!
