Grimm's Large Rainbow

This is my favourite toy shop and I am a very picky consumer. No matter how hard I look for the best quality minimalist and open-ended toys this toy shop always has what I want and for the best price. Some of the reasons are:- Toy selection: I only use toys that will last, are open ended, beautiful, fun and educational and after detailed research I always wind up back at this store buying what I need.- Price: This store has what I need and although I do price comparisons I never seem to find somewhere cheaper.- The shop itself: I dont live anywhere near this toy shop but I would regularly drive a long way just to browse their selection in person because the shop itself is so well displayed and kid friendly.- Wide range: I have found really useful items here that ... MoreThis is my favourite toy shop and I am a very picky consumer. Its just too cute.Other reasons : Affordable Montessori selection. Great online shopping experience.

We love our Grimms rainbow. It is so versatile. We use it for stacking, making bridges and tunnels, enclosures for animals, rockers for dolls and we love to make pictures with it too.I love that its aesthetically pleasing on the shelf and it has such a gorgeous feel to it too.We couldn't recommend it more

I have had my eye on this rainbow for the past half a year and finally decide to make this purchase. It is even more beautiful in person. The quality is as expected of Grimm's pieces; Made in Bosnia, it's carved from one piece of wood (the stain doesn't cover up the grains and you can actually see where the grain matches up). Due to the nature of how it's made, the pieces fit together better in a specific direction. I really like that it is not lacquered, so there is more friction between the pieces. My toddler was drawn to it right away and started to use one of the pieces as a telephone. He is usually more interested in the packaging toys come in, but not in this case! This is one of those toys that is an investment for sure, but will be enjoyed by the whole family for years (maybe even generations?).The Natural Baby Co really does have the best price from what I've seen. I was actually really surprised to see it in stock (and as expected, it was out of stock again the day after I purchased). They processed the order very quickly, despite it being a holiday week. I placed the order on July 5th and received it by July 8th. They took care in protecting and packaging the rainbow (bubble wrap with packing paper in a sturdy box).I highly recommend this rainbow and this company.
