I grew up hiking Back East, and I found that hikes around my new home in the Sonoran desert are a totally different ball-game! I've struggled with drinking too MUCH water on simple day hikes. Salty snacks help, but I feel like I'm just taking in sodium and sugar, which isn't everything I need to off-set what I'm sweating. These tabs completely solve this problem for me. They're not sugary, and it supplements your water with sodium and potassium in balance. I used one tab per liter of water, and I felt awesome after an 11 mile day hike in full sun exposure in the Superstitions.

I have had an issue with cramping in my legs and arms for quite some time after long workouts. I am 62 years old and walked 18 miles in 6 hours and not a single cramp !!!!!This is a FIRST FOR ME !!!I also used the waffles and gel on the walk.Also-the next day-recovery was really good.Amazing product—-give the products a try if you are having any of these issues like me.MW

The GU Hydration Tabs have worked well to support my electrolyte level during pickleball sessions. I'm over 60 with a family history of type 2 diabetes so limiting my carb and sugar intake is very important. I appreciate that a large portion of the sweetening is done with Stevia, and there is only 1 carb per tab. The tabs dissolve well and to me they taste great. I especially like the strawberry lemonade flavor. Overall a big thumbs up from me for this product!

I decided to try Gu’s drink tabs during my MTB rides. I’ve always brought water, but thought I’d try something new. Wow! Not only does the Orange and Strawberry Lemonade taste great, but I don’t feel as tired during my rides, which means I get to ride more!!

Want a good tasting refreshing electrolyte drink? This tab is the answer! I carry a large water bottle (32 Oz) full of this electrolyte along with a 3 liter bladder of H20 for endurance ruck marching 12-30 miles at a time in Arizona’s high desert. Nothing better than a cold drink of this stuff when dehydrated or just for an energy kick.
I dilute the tab in a large bottle of water and refrigerate it overnight when I can. I am relieved that this hydration drink tab does not give me the same "gas" as a comparable brand. I was frustrated by the consistent belching I experienced when on a ride.
I use 1/2 tablet with 500mL of water in my Salomon running vest hydration flask with the other one being pure water. I have only tried the Lemon/Lime flavor so far and it's pleasant and slightly salty as one would expect. I just drop the 1/2 tab in and let it do it's thing whilst I run. Fully disolved by the time I take a sip. I alternate electrolyte soln and water so that I don't overdo the salts. I've had no cramping or salt issues since using these.
