We were surprised how cheaply made the shelves, drawers, seals etc. are in this fridge. After only a couple of weeks one of the freezer drawers cracked and is no longer usable. I reported this to Appliances Online to get it repaired or replaced and even though I followed up I have never even been contacted about this. Do not recommend.

The fridge has excellent space capacity. large shelves on doors easliy accommodate 3L milk containers . A lot more internal space compared to my old fridge of similar size.Love the varied sizing in the pull out shelves in freezer.Special storage area in fridge gets super cold, need to put it on higher setting so chicken meat doesnt freeze. On the correct setting its an excellent feature.Buy it , you'll be happy !

The bad: outside of the temperature-controlled drawers, the temperature varies a fair bit. Even when set to 2C (the minimum temperature available), bottles in the door never seem to go lower than 5C. That might be a problem, since the common recommendation is to store things under 4C.Bit of a pity that such a nice looking refrigerator fails to refrigerate reliably.The good: Silent, we spend a good part of the day a few meters from it and I can hardly ever hear anything - our old fridge was rather noisy in comparison.The ledge distribution is opinionated, but works great; the fresh produce drawer is amazing. Fresh herbs remain like just-bought for longer than a week.

So far I have had it for one month. Sometimes it freezes the tomatoes in the bottom drawer. I have tried adjusting the temp. Sometimes they freeze soemtimes they don't...The lighting inside the fridge isn't great. The door doesn't seem to automatically swing shut which every other fridge I have ever had does. The top drawer sticks and doesn't slide in easily. I don't like this fridge much. It was cheap.
Fridge was great until it wasn’t. Stopped working a few weeks out of warranty. Repair man told us the circuit board was stuffed and it wasn’t worth fixing. He also advised us to never buy another Haier fridge as this is a common problem with them. Basically they are rubbish. An expensive lesson learnt unfortunately.
Wanted a white "upside down" fridge. Never heard of Hauer, but the price was good. Not even a week, I absolutely love it. It's wider than my last fridge, but I don't have a built in space, so it didn't matter. Lot's of drawer, freezer space.Would have given 5 stars, but I recently noticed that it can be a bit noisy, not all the time, just occasionally.Aside from that, I would highly recommend this fridge.
Appliances online was fantastic. They delivered next day and was extremely professional and polite. Absolutely love this fridge. Having limited space, the website was really easy to use to find exactly what i wanted. Really like the freezer at the bottom and find the 2 draws inside the fridge just perfect. Would definately recommend this fridge.
Was initially really happy with this fridge. Good size. Freezer drawers very user friendly.However the fridge stopped cooling at less than 6 month old. Took a week for the repair man to arrive, only to be told he didn’t have the right part. It has now been a further two weeks and we are still without a working fridge.I cannot explain how disappointed I am. With an appliance as essential as a fridge I would have thought a replacement would be offered if repair could not happen in a timely fashion. Three weeks is well beyond what I would consider timely.
This fridge ticks all the boxes. Groovy handles on both sides makes door opening changes simple. Three drawer freezer allow for thin, medium and thick packages, icecube trays.I love the new wider door shelves, and different chill compartments. Check it out.
I’m really impressed with how efficiently the two sections of the unit accomodate our stuff. The Haier is slightly smaller on paper to our previous unit but it fits things in so much better. I’m happy with the overall finish and particularly impressed with all the drawer fittings. The facility to set specific temperatures is excellent and I’ve been able to get the freezer to keep the ice cream at a perfect temperature for serving. So far, I think is vastly superior to what it replaced, one of the big name Australian brands which only lasted four years.
