Purchased Happy Liver for the first time and am taking One capsule per day with HH capsules, HT, HG and HC. I haven’t really noticed any difference because it’s only been two weeks taking HL but HH, HC, HT and HG are helping with transitioning to menopause providing I stick to a healthy clean diet and daily exercise. Sleep is irregular some nights I sleep five hours and wake up to go to the bathroom other nights I have slept a full 7 hours. And I feel amazing. 😊 I highly recommend taking HH powder during peri menopause.

I am now on eemy second bottle of this product and feeling generally very well. Previously I was displaying bad gluten intolerance, bloating and constipation but since commencing Happy Liver together with Happy Hormones my stomach has been feeling normal and much happier. Digestion is greatly improved and small amounts of gluten are not a concern any more. I'm a happy customer

I saw one of Lisa’s videos and she was talking about Happy Liver and how supportive it is for people without a gallbladder and having had mine removed almost 2 years ago I was still working out my body’s health. I’ve been taking HL for a couple of months now and have certainly noticed improvements. I found that 1 capsule daily was enough for me.

Had one lot, didn't feel any different. My specialist said it would not make any difference. Blood test proved him right. Thought I would still take them, my second bottle, was sent, but sent back to them. One big whole mess up with Happy Healthy You. To me, just like all others, money more important than anything else. Not happy!!!!
Since I have been taking HL my Hot Flushes have decreased considerably. I will have one when I go to bed and that is it. Not sure why then. Before HL I was getting a lot of night sweats so thankfully I am sleeping much better since starting HL.Trish Carter
I introduced each Happy product slowly and separately and have been taking Happy Liver for about 3 months. Happy Liver seems to be the product that has made the most noticeable difference to my digestion which has been problematic for a long time and complicated by a Hiatus Hernia. I'm virtually off a prescribed medication now which has been a goal for some years. (The GP was hoping I could get off the prescribed med too). I have tried many things to get my digestion to work better without success until Happy Liver. I also think it is helping me to lose weight (another goal I have found difficult). Needless to say I'm pretty happy with Happy Liver.
Yep. Been taking these pretty solidly for quite a while and since I’ve taken them my thyroid antibodies dropped dramatically to the point where my Dr said mylevels were within the normal range. I have taken other supplements and removed gluten and dairy to assist with this process and I’m still trying to get my cholesterol lower, however, many of the changes occurred when I was only taking happy liver supplements. Would highly recommend for people with similar conditions- excellent liver support 😊❤️
Absolutely love this product.I had trouble with bloating and also constantly burbing every time I had something to eat or drink even water.Starting using and bang no more bloating or burbing.I highly recommend this product.May not be good for everyone but for me excellent.
I’ve been taking HHormones, HCalm and HLiver for a month now. I feel good, my hot flushes are very minimal now. I’m sleeping like I’ve run a marathon, and I’m waking up bright and alert. Would highly recommend my combination. I can’t actually pinpoint the benefit of each tablet but as a trio I’m feeling amazing
I have been struggling over 12 mths with unexplained psoriasis on my face. Very itchy red burning skin mainly around the eyes. It would come and go but got very persistent in last 5 months and I couldn’t work out the trigger. Tried diet eliminations, skincare, etc.. but nothing worked. I believed it was another peri menopausal symptom and maybe my liver not working properly with hormonal imbalances. I do take HH HT HG every day so added Happy Liver to my regime and it worked. Skin has cleared up and not one flare up in 2 months. Fingers crossed I have found the solution.
