This quickly becomes a "go to" fragrance with staying power.. I am constantly asked what my perfume is when I am out in company. Men and women alike enjoy the fragrance.as it goes well with day and night events...particularly in the warm months.Other fragrances I use are Bond's Chinatown and Andy Warhol; Jimmy Choo; Ford's Blonde Violet. All are great!!! And all are at Nordstroms.
I'm so glad I chose this perfume. Once I put it on, I smell a base note of cedar or sandalwood, with a rich floral/fruity top note that reminds me of something like peaches. I can still smell it on my clothing for days after I wear it! This perfume is not a delicate scent, it is rich and sweet, but not heavy or cloying. My only wish is that it cost less, but it is worth the price! I will look for sales. Thank you Hermes!
Since 2002 this has been my favorite scent. I was so happy when the matching body lotion became available. Un Jardin en Mediterranea is the only scent I wear and others always ask what it is I'm wearing. I is very distinct. Has a rich note that lasts a very long time.
Delicate and complex--love the combination of fresh watery notes with the deeper fig and citrus. The scent changes over time. It's lovely.
I couldn't agree more with the great reviews on this fragrance. I have been searching for years for the perfect scent that isn't too heavy, but long lasting, and that doesn't smell cheap. This is such a beautiful fragrance that is complex and delicious. I will keep buying as long as they make it!
The fragrance is just too "clean" and simple, I feel the musky note covering everything and that's a real pity.Sub-par compared to the Hermes range of fragrances I love so dearly, would be a 2/5 for me but gets bonus points for the extremely long presence that I can smell clearly on my skin even after a full 24h.
I had to return this to the store. When I first received it in mail it was around 5pm I sprayed it on immediately.. for the rest of the day I thought omg this smell is so weird. Because it was so late in the day I couldn't remember if I mixed it with another perfume and that could be the reason the smell was strange.So later that night after I showered I sprayed some more before bed. ( just to test it out) and I wasn't in the bed an hour good, before I was back in the shower washing it off. It smells bad. I took it back the next day.
