I bought this bag on sale and probably didn't read carefully enough but it came with the straps tangled and I ended up needing to cut one of them and re-sew it to be able to use the bag. In hindsight;this is probably why it was on sale but almost $90 is still a lot for a bag that needed some at-home constructing.
Would be perfect if a velcro fastener were added to the opening so it does not have to be wrapped with a very full load
Great for the elements that come with travel and outdoors. Loved it
The construction of the strap pokes your upper arm and chest when you wear it. They should smooth that design out to a gradually meet the straps together, smoothly.
The straps do not have open ends, so you can only shorten them so much (not enough for me). The top flap is stiff and folds over the straps making it awkward and sticking out too far behind your head. This is my first order from this company and I am also annoyed with the return process.
I was excited about this backpack, but I wound up returning it. It was larger than appeared on the website, and I found that it was difficult to locate the inside pockets, because the rolltop is so large and the inside is all black without any trim or lighter hemming to show where the edges of the pockets are. I tend to like Herschel supply, but this one wasn’t for me.
