My last order of thiswheat is fantastic. I've been making whole wheat focaccia and sourdough with this batch and it's the best wheat I have used. Previous batches didn't perform as well as this last batch. So there is, not surprisingly, variation from batch to batch. I assume it's related to growing conditions over the last year.

I used this to make heat packs with lavender and they turned out great. The 5 kilo bag was enough to make exactly what I needed, without any left over grain. They retain their heat well, very happy with this product.
