I love this product! Being such a purist, I need to know everything that is going into my body; that it is organic and the best possible quality for my health and well-being. I have tried three different high quality Magnesium Glycinate supplements and couldn’t recommend this gem enough. It doesn’t upset my digestive system like the loose powders can at times. This paired with my specific B12 and NAC has completely healed my nerve pain, and what doctors weee trying to call a chronic, genetic disease. Prior to starting on Honour Health's Magnesium Glycinate I struggled with painful debilitating cramping in my calves, toes and hamstrings overnight. Often waking me up, disrupting my sleep, and needing to hop around my bed quietly stretching until the cramps subsided.
