I was happy to be able to find an online service for refilled ink cartridges. They arrived in a timely manner. I am going to have to look and see if I can send back my spent cartridges and get them refilled as well. I like doing business with this company. I have ordered the colour cartridges as well and they work beautifully with my printer.

I was pleased to find someplace that was able to provide me with HP "original" ink. I tried "refilled" cartridges once and that was a bad experience.Thank you, STAPLES. This time we stocked a couple for future needs. Delivery was quicker than expected.

Arrived as scheduled from Staples. Don't understand why many distributers cannot keep stock for this cartridge. Past distributor has been out for over 3 months. My printer has always used this cartridge, it works well but don't think I ever got anywhere near 420 pages from a cartridge (when possible I use fast draft setting). Cost seems expensive to me.

Always satisfied with my HP 98 Ink purchase. I've been buying this and have no complaints whatsoever. It's high quality and helps produces professional looking documents like tax records. I'm extremely satisfied with this product.
The HP 96 Black cartridge is no longer available. After much research, I learned that the HP 98 Black cartridge is the recommended replacement for the HP 96. The HP 98 cartridge is recognized correctly by my printer (HP Photosmart 8150) and prints perfectly fine. Check your printer for compatibility with the HP 98 cartridge. This may not work for other printer models.
Hello,I received the HP Black ink on time and it's working fine. Unfortunately, this is the second time I had to place an order for it because the one I received back in February this year was defected. I had no way to return it because it was open. I was told in a Staple store to call HP directly for replacement. I did call them but they are out of stock! I went back to Staple online to make another purchase instead waiting for HP to stock up again and Staple was(is) out of stock on 2 pack 98 95 ink as well. I had no choice but buy the black one only and make the color one to work somehow. (Using the old one until it lasts) So if nobody restack at any time soon I'll be without printer at all.
the HP ink works but it is not a replacement for the high capacity cartridge, it replaces the small cartridge. I also went to the store to buy the Staples Red Line cartridge which should have been the high capacity. I checked on the web before I went to the store and it stated it was in stock, only to find that NO stores have it in inventory, only available on-line. I had to settle for the HP at $10-12 more!
The HP ink cartridge being replaced still had ink which had apparently dried up and was no longer usable. However, the color cartridges purchased with the “bundle” still have ink and print well. The expiration date of the “bad” cartridge is almost impossible to locate, and the HP customer service person did not provide help: he tried to sell me a new printer. Thanks to a local authorized HP repairman, I found the date to be 2021/07/10. Given my recent dissatisfaction with the HP service rep, when I do replace my aging printer, my first choice will not likely be HP. The ink is much too expensive.
Asking for a review on something like this is ridiculous and exemplifies the weakness of AI algorithms. A replacement ink cartridge for a 15 year old printer does not justify a rating. It just is something you have to do now and then. This one is no better and no worse than any of the ones I have purchased and installed in the past. Just more expensive.
Reasonably priced although no ink is reasonable these days. Still I don't print a lot of personal stuff so they seem to last me a few years. I have an old HPP Photoshop 2610 and don't want to get rid of it. New printers don't seem to work any better than old ones.
