Purchased this and it the controller's right button showed damage as the trigger pressure pin on the inside wore out fast. Had to awkwardly press the trigger in places for it to work depending if the game utilised trigger pressure based actions.I would recommend only if you have light hands otherwise steer clear.It's cheap and prone to break. Get yourself a PS4 controller of a rugged Xbox One controller instead, this one is a gimmick. Google the reviews too. Amazon reviews has my same response.

It's great controller for less price. It's mix of XBox and SNES controllers. I put this gamepad to my bag and play SNES games using emulator on my laptop, but I can use it with XB1 when I play retro game collections (for example Mega Man X Legacy serie).

I bought this 12/10/21!!! This controller worked fine until yesterday. Both trigger buttons started have intermittent response issues. Then, I find that both trigger buttons are loose and not springing back like they use to.

Works great on PC games and emulators. I little bit small for big hands but no different then any other 90s controller. Fits every need for gaming new titles or N64 games. Cord is nice and long and all around seems durable. Great for kids or adults
If you grew up post-super nintendo era, it might not feel as comfortable to you. But for the feel of retro controllers and the functionality of a modern controller, it's a pretty sweet deal. The joysticks all have good pressure sensitivity, the triggers have clawed placement, and the small form factor isn't too small.
Bought this for my Girlfriend because she has way smaller hands than I do and I myself ended up loving this controller .. The pros are you don't have to reach to button mash or to do quick combos it Defienlty feels like an old school game controller probably one of my favorite One controllers I own (1 of 4) The cons are small but noticeable .. the Rb and LB buttons are a tad stiff not to bad and the right stick feels at times awkward when trying to look around in certain games but I'm a lefty so it could just be me overall I'd give it a good 8 out 10 for the price and feel of the controller. The USB plug In that goes into the back of the xbox is detachable and the cord is pretty decent length. Bought this last night and had a major issue, my Y button wasn't machined properly and was sticking with each button push. To dismantle the unit I used my Flathead 1/2'' screwdriver and carefully took apart the controller(30mins) and removed its face and sanded down the Y button and others while I was there. Re-assembled it and to great success. I rate this controller a 3of10 on Shooters 6of10 on RPG games like Fallout4 and 9of10 for Retro Emulation (currently using ZSNES) This is one of those classy oldschool controller rebuilds it fits nice in my hands but the Analog sticks took a bit of time getting used to. All in all solid controller for its price.
I have been a huge fan of Hyperkin for years now. Everything i have gotten from them has been top notch. The Xbox One controller with the retro form has been more of the same. If you are looking for a gift for an older console gamer. Or somebody looking for a great controller for a computer. You can't go wrong with the X91. It's plug and play with windows and is built to a higher standard than typical xbox controllers. Even edging out anything you can buy from Microsoft. I will keep an eye on Hyperkin in the future. They make great products that make gaming more fun and more comfortable.
Its a nice looking idea for someone who is into old school gaming. It works pretty well, the build quality is there. My gripe is the way you sound in parties. The party experienced a high pitched whistle that annoyed everyone. It also made game and chat volume louder that a regular Xbox one controller would. I wouldn't consider that as a good thing necessarily. Hence, this is my rating
This is amazing for small hands. I have kids and they love this controller. This is such a better option for children then the standard xbox controller. My younger children absolutely love this.
