I bought a few of these to go under my uniform shirts. They work well for wicking away moisture. I'm 5'10 145 lbs and they fit true to size if not ever so slightly small. Length is good and can stay tucked in without a problem. The colour is less white than I expected and more off white/cream colour. Overall great shirt. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high performance athletic fit undershirt/base layer and would recommend sizing up if you don't like a tight fit.

I don't think I'll ever buy another cotton t-shirt. Merino t-shirts stay soft, comfortable and clean for days without washing and they are incredible at regulating your body temperature.Icebreaker has now become my favorite brand because of their quality and fit. I can sometimes address this issue by buying other slim-fit shirts, but even then a shirt that otherwise fits will be far too short. Meant as a baselayer, I wear these as a T-shirt because I love the long slim fit. I am normally a size large in tshirts, but am a perfect XL in this when worn as a tshirt. That gives me some extra length while still fitting fairly slim. The off-white colour really suits my taste. I highly recommend these for someone tall and slim. The softness of the wool is pretty good compared to other wool shirt I've tried. I tend to wear these on slightly cooler summer days. But also plan to use it over a turtleneck this winter to keep my core warm.

I developed a severe addiction to IcebreakerI can't bear the plastic athletic wear no more and found solace in the superbly comfortable and healthy icebreaker. My go to is the Sphere collection. I use Anatomical under a jacket when the temperature cools down. Thank you icebreaker for these outstanding products.
I love this shirt. It hugs my body so you can really see my muscles. I love the feel of it. Not too soft like a running shirt, but still soft and moisture-wicking. I love that it's made of out Merino Wool, which is the best fabric money can buy--natural way to keep dry and cool. I've been wearing it everyday. I love the fit--it fits me perfectly. I ordered a small and have a small frame. I would say the sizing on this one runs small, and definitely smaller than their other smalls. But it's perfect for me because I was looking for something that was a tight fit.
This short sleeve shirt is a perfect undershirt, or it can be used as a t-shirt if you want to show off! :) It fits and contours your shape perfectly without feeling tight. For example, I am 5'7", 140 lbs., 28" waist, 38" shoulders and big chest. I went for a small and it is perfect. It also comes in black which looks very nice and can definitely be worn as a t-shirt. I also use it as an under tee-shirt at the gym and it keeps me warm, even when getting sweaty after a round of intense cardio. Although it is also very light, it keeps its shape after many uses and gentle washes in cold water as it is well fabricated.

They used to be 100% merino wool and now they have some nylon mixed. I love no other t-shirts more than my time-tested icebreakers. I still have my first icebreaker from more than a decade ago looking like new. If like me you're using it as genuine performancewear it chafes, which is more than just a minor annoyance if you're wearing the same top for days (or even weeks) at a time. If it were less expensive it would have been consigned to the bin by now but I feel obliged to soldier on with it because of the cost. Very nice cycling with this top. I found it super comfy and I wore it under a lycra style cycling jersey and it wicked away sweat well. If anything at about 16-19 degrees I was probably on the warm side. Looking forward to using it in colder weather. It also did not stink up after two rides and I was remote with no washing facilities, so the material is good for multi-day tours where you might need to get a few uses out of it.
Both me and my husband wear wool under our kayaking gear, hiking, camping etc. They are great for regulating body temp, don't get too cold if they get wet, great for travel will dry overnight or can hang to air out. This shirt fits great and has a nice bit of stretch to it. I just wish Merino wool wasn't so expensive especially when they tend to ware after a year or two, they thin out and get holes. Cotton shirts will last for years but "cotton kills" in cold weather. Polyester material permanently stinks after a while. Merino wool is always my material of choice for my kit.
