This is an audio interface. If you are too stupid to understand that your iPad has no connectivity to an Ipad because it uses USB-C that is your fault. Someone at Guitar Center would have told you if you asked. Blame yourself, not the product or GC.

If you own an iPad, I would not recommend this product at all. You cannot use the modeling feature at all, I don't think you can use the reamping feature and some of the inputs and outputs don't work. You also need a powered USB-C, which I don't have on my iPad 8, so I couldn't even try it out. On the IK website, all they say about iPads is that it only works on the latest models. Nothing whatsoever about iPad limitations. This is akin to lying and they will probably get a lot of returns from iPad users. Terrible and rude customer service, didn't even answer all my questions that I asked them twice about. I'll stick with my Xtone Smart Stomp with a 9v input.
