If I could give a half star I would. Do not buy a phone from this company. The touch screen stopped working shortly after the 90 day warranty. Over 400 dollars wasted. When I took it to Apple I was told that the last company who had it, used faulty products to replace the screen. It would cost me 300 to get the correct screen. Lesson learned, if you want an iPhone, go to a reputable company.

Bought a refurb that used to belong to my dad (he had it for about 2 years) so you can take this with a grain of salt. The face recognition started waning over time, until about 2 months after I bought it when it stopped working altogether. Then one day the cellular completely stopped working and it said I needed to download the update for it to work. Apparently this hardware issue is relatively common with iPhone X, but fortunately they seem to have corrected it with newer models.

I love Apple products like nobodies business. I’ve had my XS for 2 years now. I’ve had it out in all different weather/temps and we’re still going strong. I’ve been an apple user for as long as I can remember. I tried to switch to something else once and absolutely hated it. I didn’t make it two days with that phone and I got rid of it. I do a TON of photography with this xs and I’m not sure what I’d do without the camera all by itself.

I really like my iPhone XSMAX! It has never given me problem of any kind! It’s th best iPhone I’ve had! Th photos are excellent, Everything about thus iPhone is great! I don’t see or know of any improvements to be made to this device, it’s awesome! iPhone is a bit pricey, but very well worth it! I will be getting another iPhone again, does start giving me problems! I do recommend this Apple device to others!

I absolutely love my new iPhone XS! The battery health is at 95% so it’s practically a brand new battery in here. It’s a very beautiful looking phone and is very responsive especially with the face recognition. That works very well even in low light settings, or if you have sunglasses and a hat on. I was surprised at how accurate that was. The battery lasts all day easily and I’ve hardly had any issues with apps crashing or anything like that. I would definitely recommend this for anybody that is looking to upgrade their phone. The one I got is fully unlocked to GSM and CDMA networks so you can use it for any cell phone provider as long as you have a SIM card which it does not come with. I have never had an issue with reception, speed or lagging, ever. 3D Touch and face recognition are super fast and user friendly. I’ve noticed face recognition gets better with use. It’s constantly calibrating, which means as you change, so it does. The camera, hands down is such an incredible quality. Both features and image quality. You know this about iPhone, and ignore marketing of other companies, it’s BS. Wireless charging is lightning fast Seamlessly connects with iPad and they automatically update each other with apps etc. THIS is super cool!!! The speakers are incredible! I actually have to turn it down a couple notches as it’s very loud The new Gold is just absolutely stunning. The backing is a pearlized gold and the trim around it is a classy and metal gold. Stunning Cons: Pricey No headphone jack All glass (doesn’t bother me as I am extremely careful with my phones) but the average person that drops, you need to put a case on. No headphones included No cable included (I bought a 5 pack from Amazon anyway beforehand, so it’s a non issue) The notch. Bit of an odd eyesore but in turn I get HD quality calls and reverse camera functionality)

So a case would definitely be recommended for this phone. The back of the phone is also made out of glass, so if it were dropped without a case there is a good chance a crack could happen. The cameras on this phone are great. There is one normal camera, and another with 2x optical zoom. Both record 4K video, and it looks great. But I eventually encountered the issue of dots appearing in my camera. It’s not in the outside, it’s and internal issue. I’ve had the phone for about 2 and a half years, and it is sadly starting to meet its end. I even had to get my battery replaced recently. It looks new and it works perfectly fine. No scratches no nothing. Perfect condition. I have had the phone for almost 1 month and the battery is really great and I haven’t had any problems with the phone at all. The description of the phone is accurate and nothing was a scam. The delivery only took 3 days which is really fast. The phone charges quick and the battery doesn’t die as fast. I have put screen protectors on everything as you can see the pic

It's Decent - Meh or a Worthy Upgrade

This is the first iPhone I wasn't really excited for; but went ahead and upgraded since Best Buy/T-Mobile had a pretty good trade-in deal going on and my iPhone 11 Pro was getting a bit outdated (overall battery health was at 83%, it lacked a 120hz screen, and 5G). The 120hz screen is really nice, and yes, finally having 5G does make a difference in browsing/streaming on the go and makes me feel like I'm part of this decade. Aside from that - it's like having a bulkier version of my 11 Pro. The new design looks nice; but the edges aren't as comfortable as the curved 11 Pro edges to hold or to pocket - pocketing my 11 Pro was nice, this phone just feels bulky. If you're upgrading from the iPhone X or older or maybe from Android because you want to try iOS, the 13 Pro is definitely worth it; but if you aren't the type that needs to have the latest iPhone every year, just hold off until the next version.On a side note - want to thank Best Buy for finally being able to activate T-Mobile devices and for offering better deals on activations and trade-ins than actual T-Mobile Stores. Also, the team at my local Best Buy was awesome even though they were a bit overwhelmed with the number of activations on this iPhone release.

Personally, I love it, but a good majority of that assessment comes from the fact that I already looked through all the other reviews, so I knew what I was getting into lol. Battery health is 78%, (which I’m okay with), and the phone is in good physical condition, as everything seems to be working great. I think it’s a good deal, but I was a little stressed it’d be defective.This phone is worth it to me, but seeing as it could be a hit or miss, I’d just say to be prepared if it doesn’t work outBest of luck :)
