The flask doesn't have any lock mechanism on the pump so movement during transport made the flask pump, causing a mess inside the box. The lotion however is great for dry skin and very mildly perfumed so it shouldn't be a problem for sensitive skin and it doesn't smell strongly. The large flask size is nice.
My dermatologist recommended this product. She sells it in her office for $39.99. This is a good value
