Disappointing purchase. Framework flimsy & made me unconfident to use. Steps could be wider & more solid. Didn't keep purchase due to problems mentioned. Out on footpath for Council pickup. Looking for different brand with better features.

Great step ladder, very sturdy. Appreciate they didn't waste extra packaging on trying to box it up as it was already plastic wrapped, a relief not to have to dispose of extra waste.

Is great lightweight/easy to store away very stable for older folks to use felt very safe /price was great in all a good buy for anyone wanting a safe portable ladder that does not take up space /

A little cheap feeling

This ladder is a little cheaper feeling than previous step ladders I’ve owned. The first few times I used it I could feel the metal steps flex a little bit (I’m only 45 kg). They seem to have settled now. I also find the locking mechanism a little annoying when I go to close the ladder. I don’t regret the purchase, but I’m not sure I would buy it again (depends on the price compared to other options)

Cheap and nasty. Avoid.

You get what you pay for - and I didn't pay enough for a decent 3-step ladder that's for sure. It's thinner than most steps, the quality isn't that great and it's seriously bloody wobbly - to the point that I didn't trust it. It's total rubbish in my opinion. Cheap and nasty. A refund or replacement of a better product would be appreciated.

Handy Stepladder

This ladder is slim when folded & very sturdy when using. It's not only a great quality ladder for a good price it also looks good. I was looking for a white ladder for quite a while & couldn't find one that looked good but was affordable- until I found this one. Very happy customer.
