I have been using Jlab earbuds for many years. This is my third pair of bluetooth earbuds, and my first pair of the smaller Go Air Pop buds. I am so happy they finally come in a case that fully closes! I can't tell you how many times I dropped my previous earbuds, resulting in them scattering all over the floor. This upgrade seems like a no-brainer that was long overdue.I am a loyal customer because I have tiny ears and it is so hard to find earbuds that fit. I have always been so incredibly satisfied with the fit and feel of Jlab earbuds and they only continue to get better. The slightly smaller size of these compared to the regular Go Air has taken an already great product and made it even better. The sound quality remains excellent. I've been purchasing stuff from JLab for a long time now and usually they absolutely knock it out of the park. These earbuds sound great and are generally pretty nice. However, the only thing that kills the review and my rating is how terrible the touch features are to use.Pick up the headphones and accidentally touch the touch sensor for too long? Track moves forward or backward, depending on which earbud you're holding.Try to double tap the right earbud to start or stop your music? You tapped too slow, now the music is louder, maybe even by two levels. You try to adjust the volume by tapping once? Haha, you didn't tap hard enough, no volume change for you.Everything else is excellent, as I've come to expect from these products. Honestly would've probably been a 6 star review if they just didn't have touch capability.Sorry for the harsh words, but it's just how I feel.

These earbuds are terrific! They sound great, I love the slate color, they fit well, and charges last forever. So why only 4 stars? A couple of things.Firstly, I bought these specifically to use with my Switch Lite, and getting them to consistently connect correctly is often frustrating. I basically have to have them unpaired from every other device, plus have the Switch in airplane mode, then take the buds from the case and turn airplane mode back off. Even then, it doesn't always work. However, they pair first time, every time with phones, PCs, and a Chromebook. It's just the Switch that's a problem. The other issue is minor, but it can be tricky to get the earbuds out of the case. Maybe it's just me, but especially the left one pops back to the magnet before I ...Ā MoreThese earbuds are terrific! I've been using my new Go Air Pop wireless earbuds for a few weeks now. For reference, I also own Jabra 75t sport wireless earbuds (discontinued, I believe), and bought the Jlab buds when I temporarily lost the charging case for the Jabra's. I mention this since I am comparing the budget-friendly jlab buds with the more pricey Jabra buds. So far, I am happy and impressed with the jlabs! The sound works well for me, although I don't listen to music as much as I do podcasts and audiobooks. The buds work well with making and receiving phone calls. They are also tough, since they have fallen on the floor several times and haven't broken or been scratched so far. This brings me to my one main criticism, which is the same as for the Jabra's. They are also tough, since they have fallen on the floor several times and haven't broken or been scratched so far. This brings me to my one main criticism, which is the same as for the Jabra's. The buds fall out of my ears if I smile, eat when I'm wearing them, basically if I move my face muscles in any way. I have tried the smaller tips and I have the same problem. I used Jaybirds in the past and appreciated the "fins" that they included with the buds. They really kept the buds in my ears. Aside from that, I don't have any other criticism of my jlabs at this point. I have the light purple, which is nice and not flashy. I don't mind not having an app for my phone, which I have for the Jabra buds, since I hardly ever used the app. My jabra buds have lasted for over a year with no issues, so we'll see how the jlabs do in time. Thanks to Jlab for offering a quality product at a budget-friendly price.
For two years Iāve had two pairs of JLab Go Air Pops and I use them for many hours everyday. Iām a landscaper and listen to podcasts all day long to the point of running the batteries dead and have to have two pairs. I just ordered two new pairs in addition to the ones I already had.My overall positive thoughts: 1) The sound is consistently great. 2) The design is compact and I can easily fit two pairs in my pocket. 3) The built in usb charging cord is genius. I never have to hunt down another cord. 4) The buds fit snuggly in my ears better than most other brands Ive tried.Overall areas of that could be improved: 1) My number one annoyance is that they are difficult to pull out of the case. The earbud plastic has no texture to it, especially the newest pairs that still have shiny plastic. I canāt tell you how many times Iāve dropped them trying to pull them out. 2) The super compact size makes them cumbersome to use with work gloves, even the gloves with finger grips. 3) The battery life has gotten less and less over time. When I first got them I could listen all day without charging. Now Iām down to around 3 hours in each set I have. 4) The buds donāt always connect to the pins when placed in the case, meaning they donāt always charge correctly.Overall, theyāve been awesome āwork horseā earbuds that have worked consistently well. Iām even to the point where I feel weird when I leave home without them. I literally have them with me all the time.
This pair of GO Air PoP earbuds were a warranty claim replacement (perfect is an illusion right?) through an exceptional customer service response from Earl from JLab support. The earbuds connect effortlessly to an android phone. The battery charge last for hours and the sound is crystal clear with a good balance between the treble and the bass. the external noise suppression is pretty good and feel comfortable in the ears, and the price is unbeatable for the quality of the product. The shipment of it came really fast although the packing box of the earbuds was a bit spoiled because the package envelope didn't have plastic bubbles on the inside, but the earbuds and charger were in perfect form (did I say perfect again?). Going back to customer service let me tell ...Ā MoreThis pair of GO Air PoP earbuds were a warranty claim replacement (perfect is an illusion right?) through an exceptional customer service response from Earl from JLab support. Even the shipment back of the original product being unnecessary was a big surprise for me. I really believe the JLab customer service should be set as an standard for any online store. It was a very pleasant surprise to know it is for real. Can we talk again about the JLab customer service?Thank you very much JLab. Keep spreading the love.Cheers

They're small and there's not much to hold on toBad- the balanced EQ setting is dull sounding, and the bass boost EQ is harshly overbearing, so only one EQ feels like it's worth using- they will automatically turn off after a long period of time out of the case and when no audio is playing, which is great for saving battery, but I found no way to turn them back on except dropping them back in the case and pulling them out again.- the case lid doesn't open as far as I'd like, and it easily closes when you don't want it to- the audio latency means these won't work well for some things, like video games
The overall quality for sound for these is good. They fit well in my ear. The problems I have with these earbuds though, are:1) The charging holder. The earbuds are frustratingly difficult to remove from the holder. As in, "why won't this come out, I have to put so much pressure on one side and oops it just went flying out of my fingertips" frustrating. Not well designed at all.2) No option to power off the earbuds without placing them in the charging holder. There have been times at work where I need to take them out of my ears for a few minutes and, with previous earbuds, I would simply turn them off to save on battery life. Not so with these. Just would be a nice feature.3) The actual tap controls on the earbuds. These are touch-sensitive as opposed to be ...Ā MoreThe overall quality for sound for these is good. They fit well in my ear. There have been times at work where I need to take them out of my ears for a few minutes and, with previous earbuds, I would simply turn them off to save on battery life. Not so with these. Just would be a nice feature.3) The actual tap controls on the earbuds. These are touch-sensitive as opposed to be an actual button that 'clicks'. I cannot count the number of times where my tap either 1)had no response or 2) caused a different response than what I intended. Having a tactile click sound is really important for me, and makes sure that the buttons are responding how I want them to. In the latter point, for example, I would try to tap twice to stop from playing, but it would start playing the voice audio for the EQ3 settings (which I still don't even know how those settings work). This has become a common occurrence, so much so that it's a giant distraction when I'm working out or at work, instead of being a fairly seamless experience as I've had with earbuds with actual tactile buttons. The EQ3 settings leads me to my next gripe:4) There is such a thing as too many options. All I need is to be able to start/stop, turn off, and adjust volume. Anything more is overkill, especially when you make all the settings accessible from just 2 buttons - and given how clumsy and unresponsive the touch controls can be, makes it all the more frustrating.Overall, again - sound quality is good. But the design of the buttons is the biggest and most maddening frustration I have. If they were tactile buttons and didn't cause so many mis-taps, I would have far less of an issue with these. As it stands, I'll be going back to the brand I used prior this when these stop working.
Bought these Go Air True Wireless earbuds last November at Ross Dress for Less (got the navy blue ones). Was about to buy a different pair of earbuds that were slightly more pricey--and also looked cool--but something drew me to the JLab earbuds. Once I got home and charged them, I listened to music on my smartphone. WHOA! The sound quality on these wireless earbuds--superb! My favorite songs sound beyond awesome. Remastered songs/albums sound more vivid. I had a bit of difficulty with the button functions in regards of the number of taps to use for whatever function I wanted to do (gonna need to practice more). I like that these Go Air earbuds fit on my small ears without fear of either of them--or both--falling out. It's a relief that they stay put without me ...Ā MoreBought these Go Air True Wireless earbuds last November at Ross Dress for Less (got the navy blue ones). I like that these Go Air earbuds fit on my small ears without fear of either of them--or both--falling out. It's a relief that they stay put without me checking each ear every few seconds wondering if the earbuds are still there. I put these earbuds to the ultimate test back in January on a day off one Monday morning. I walked several blocks from the post office to a store (didn't want to wait an hour for the bus) as I listened to tunes on my phone. The earbuds stayed in my ears throughout the long walk and the playtime still kept going strong. It's rare for me to immediately love a certain brand, but I'm forever sold on JLab's products after that first listen. Excellent quality and variety, long-lasting playtime, reasonable prices for those who are budget minded, and can't go wrong with how much better everything sounds. No more cheap, tinny, ill-fitting earbuds for me! Glad I listened to my gut feeling back in November 2022.
The sound quality is incredible! The lilac color is beautiful, and I like that the case has a built in cord. The headphones are very comfortable and block out a nice amount of sound. Obviously the sound is the most important feature, but there are a lot of annoying things about the headphones. The case could be designed for more charging clarity. Itās unclear when itās charging or when the earbuds are done being charged unless plugged into the outlet. My previous pair had a light that would turn off when finished charging. I absolutely hate how sensitive the touch feature is on the side of the earbuds. I barely graze it, and whatever Iām listening to will either restart, skip, change volume, or do something else I didnāt want. I wish it was a button I had to press instead of a delicate touch. The target employee didnāt even let me touch the box before I paid for them, so I didnāt know anything about them before I purchased them. I went in blind until I read the instructions. Iām still happy with the important features like quality, comfort, and design but I canāt get past the annoying touch feature. Iāll enjoy them while they last, but I donāt think Iāll repurchase unless I can turn off touch features.
