Johnnie Walker Black Label es el referente de los whiskies mezclados. Un whisky perfectamente equilibrado que combina sabores intensos para crear una experiencia profunda y gratificante. The one-litre bottle is ideal for celebrations with numerous guests or for service in restaurants and hotels.Smell: The aroma is sweet and fruity with a hint of peat.Taste: This leads to a sensual palate of warm grain and oak, with notes of vanilla and butter. It finishes semi-dry and retains a balanced smokiness for a period of time long enough for the taste buds to want to try more of this lush liquor.

JW red label is one of my favourites. As I said in other reviews, I tasted a few entry level blended scoth whisky's side by side, older and new one's, and for me, generally, they are fall down in quality. My style of scotch is that smokey like this one or Passport Scotch, Blackwhite, Black Bottle or William lawson's. No doubt that JW Black label is a good scotch, once it's my reference when I think in scotch, but it's only a bit deep than red. JW red label is very similar and not so smooth. The smoothness sometimes can be bored, and JW Red Label is bit more explosive with well integrated smoky and malt. I like very much the smell of this whisky.

Johnnie is a great shipping scotch on the rocks. The flavor is aromatic and smooth. It goes down really nicely and doesnât burn or take your breath away like some scotches can. Itâs a great scotch for people wanting to try scotch but havenât. Great for small get-togethers and large parties alike. The bottles always look great on the shelf or home bar as well. Get all the different bottles and start a whole Johnnie collection.

I am not a drinker but do enjoy an occasional alcoholic beverage. I found myself liking hot toddies after trouble sleeping and I was given one made with Johnnie Walker Black as that is all that was available. I really enjoyed it, and it did help me sleep. After trying other blends/brands I could tolerate most but hated the taste. Johnny Walker Black blends nicely with the honey, fresh lemon, and the hot water brings it all together for a nice sipping beverage to drink over time and it's great if you can't sleep due to a cold or if you just can't sleep. The best part is I actually enjoy it!
It has a very smooth nice mellow taste. It has good alcohol content. Well you have to pay high for very high quality spirits. If anything make the price go down is the only thing I think would improve on perfect taste. I would highly recommend for everyone to buy because I'm buying again and again.
Although I am a vodka person, I tried this fine whiskey at a party. I know it's a bit pricey but it's so full of taste, and smooth on the throat while sipping it. I had it with a few ice and really enjoyed it. You should keep in mind that it's strong and with a couple of drinks you might get dizzy, so drink safe! The packaging is nothing fancy or difficult to use. I do recommend to whiskey and non whiskey people to try it! I'll definitely try it again..
Night cap anyone? This scotch whiskey blend has a great flavor. With hints of vanilla the sweetest of this 12 yr old scotch is subtle yet bold. If you want a smooth scotch, Johnny Walker Black Label is the way to go. Itâs my boyfriendâs favorite and Iâd consider myself a fan as well.
For a long time I am a faithful and devoted fan of good whiskey, especially Scottish, whose quality is beyond praise. Without them, my life would definitely be grayer and more boring. Among inexpensive whiskey, I prefer Johnny Walker Red Label. This is a very strong alcohol with an aggressive taste, but that's what I like about it.The best taste of Johnny Walker Red Label is revealed in tulip-shaped glasses. Drink it is recommended at 18-20 degrees, but I prefer to drink this whiskey with a lot of ice. With this method of consumption, its aggressiveness is mitigated, and one can experience with its receptors all the richness of the fragrant bouquet. At first, with the first gulp, you can enjoy honey-spicy shades, which immediately lift the mood and relieve fatigue. ... MoreFor a long time I am a faithful and devoted fan of good whiskey, especially Scottish, whose quality is beyond praise. Further, with an aftertaste, I catch a smoky-fruity smell and oak notes. If I drink Red Label without ice, at room temperature, then the smoky smack is felt sharper.Absolutely do not take Johnny Walker Red Label with cola or other drinks. After such cocktails for the morning in the head fog and headaches are provided. It is better to drink pure whiskey and not more than 150-200 ml per night. Under this whiskey I have especially good oranges and lemons, then the taste is even brighter. Enjoy your evenings, friends!
We were sent this by Ocado to review. A step up from the entry level Red, and Black labels, JW?s Gold Label Reserve offers the opportunity for the developing whisky enthusiast to continue their exploration of further refined blends, subtle flavours and notes. Attractive for those yet to develop a taste for stronger, peaty malt whisky, the Gold Label presents warm honey and caramel flavours that can be enjoyed neat or with a small drop of water. Those who prefer a bolder character from their whisky may well find the Gold Label rather insipid especially at the price, which also discourages one from utilising this as a long drink - the Black Label provides a very satisfactory option for this at two thirds the price. Best JW by a long shot. Tried Blue, 18yo, 21yo, Black, Green and a number of others. Nothing else touches this one, despite some being much dearer.I'd say close to the best blended I've ever had. And I got it cheap under $70.... a steal at that price. I'm normally a single malt drinker, but this is worth having a bottle around for sure.Hints of honey, fruits and cinnamon, very slightly smoked make it quite tasty.
