The slicers are very low quality; mine broke after I used them for the FOR THE FIRST TIME, literally. Joseph Joseph classed it as accidental damage and refused to give me the warranty. Do not waste your money. The customer service will find a way to revoke the warranty and blame it on you. Unless you use it to slice mushrooms or eggs, there is no warranty.

Bought as a gift for hubby and he has enjoyed using it to easily cut fruits etc for our bub
I was disappointed with this. I used it for slicing grapes, and it wasn't strong enough and some of the cutting wires now loose. It's also very small. So not what I was hoping for. It's now at the back of my cupboard and not sure how much I'll use it moving forward.
Only works on eggs and mushrooms so not really worth the cost.
Such a compact food accessory multi functional and is in use in my home on a daily basis.
I had high hopes for this product but on the first use the cutting wires broke away and is now unusable.The next section also looks like it will break easily. Very disappointing as I had hoped it would encourage the kids to help with cooking more often.It also did not consistently cut through the vegetables properly
The multi-prep gadget works fine and is easy to use. NOTE: the instructions say only to use with very soft foods (they recommend basically only egg, banana, mushrooms). It says not to use with tomato (as too hard) so it is really limited in its usefulness. This is not mentioned online and is why i've taken off some stars in the rating.
