What's annoying to me is all the negative reviews about the texture and size of the pieces. Read the two first ingredients, good Lord. I can't believe you expect it to taste fantastic and be wonderful it's hard to make anything at all that is low carb and good flavor.. show me a granola that meets those standards and I'll eat my words. Great product. Amazing advancement. Tastes great, the texture is great. Similar to regular granola, but clearly easier to chew. If you have no teeth or bad teeth probably not a good choice for you. If you are committed and already in a long term low carb routine like I am, then this will open your world up a good bit, and you will clearly like this. If you are not committed and are too picky to drink sugar free soft drinks, or still have mac and cheese on your plate, this is not for you, and a low carb diet is not for you either. Thanks to Julian Bakery for making the effort! My life is better for it.

The main ingredient in this product is egg white powder, which is very nice for body making. Most importantly, it tastes good.I didn't put milk or anything else on it, I just picked it up dry as a snack.I bought it several times in a row because it has a nice crunchy texture and is low in fats and sugar, so I can eat guilt free.The other flavour is good, but I didn't like the Vegan product because they are made of pea protein isolate instead of egg white powder, so the texture is completely different that I won't buy it again. Four stars because they are too expensive to eat on a daily basis.I have never tried the Espresso flavour because it is always sold out.

I love their Vanilla version, but this Vanilla Cinnamon, although it is pretty nice, it is a bit overpowering. The Cinnamon flavour is too strong that it's almost spicy, but it's ok if you have a small amount, or combine it with the Vanilla version.And like my review of the Vanilla one, be warned because it's addictive, so if you have a tendency to overeat yummy things, then make sure you hide it.
Relatively low calorie for a “keto” granola which means you can have a larger portion size without feeling guilty. Lightly sweetened and flavored. Good crunch factor as a dry snack, and stays crunchy in milk (but the cinnamon vanilla flavor stays crunchy a little longer). High protein and high fiber keeps you satisfied longer!One down side is the amount of “cereal dust” at the bottom, but I usually divide out my portions a head of time into baggies, so a little dust goes into each.I mix this with other Keto cereals, nuts, or seeds, etc… when I need to adjust my daily macros.Definitely repurchasing.
