Needs to be refrigerated. The size of the tablet is regular. I also give it to my kids for the microbiome diversity. I think it helps digestion and helps constipation. I use it with other probiotics as well. Quality is definitely good, it is good supplement in general. Package is good. Thanks
I first bought the smaller bottle to check it out and immediately bought this one after finishing it. It's very good, my stomach never felt more settled than with this probiotic. The ones I tried before were all meh, I didn't notice any major benefits like I do with this one. And I have tried many since I struggle with gastritis. I pair it with diverse diet, and avoid oily, sugary and processed food. The size is jumbo, just right. I haven't noticed any taste or smell.
