Frequency of using it in my case regularly, help in my RA symptoms, it's first time used this supplement, but love it so far help recover my minerals deficiency, price is good highly recommended, I use for RA it's really helping, will order again very good n quality is good, no after taste. Package is good, composition is good as well

It’s very hard to find a good probiotic. I like this company and the quality of their products. they are a great supplement, which is usually available, and in stock. I also happy with the pricing on this particular probiotic. I can take one a night and stay regular. If I’m having issues, I will take two and get myself back on track. So I like to have the higher quantity. All around I really like this product.
I have been using brand Acidophilus 2 billion since Nov 2014. Having had serious gas pains in front and back, I found this product relieved my upper gastrointestinal pain. Hardly any burping now. I just broke open the 8 billion bottle and used two capsules to date. I highly recommend this product, especially following anti bacterial medicines, as they seem to kill all the beneficial bacteria along with the harmful. A very good product space out the dosages... and find your happy place.

I take two every morning with a large glass of water on an empty stomach.i have used many brands in the past but only these for the last couple!e years. I also have my daughter using them as she has had a lot of stomach issues. They help. I do not get sick very often any more. I believe these are a good combination of strains based on my non professional research that led me to this brand. You have to keep them in the fridge though.
