The depth of this safe is 390ml, not 425ml as advertised
The battery life for this safe is around 24 hours. Because the light on the screen is constantly illuminated it consumes the power of 4 x AA batteries in about 24 hours. A back up, external battery pack is provided. So you need to use this external battery pack every time you use the safe or you replace the 4 x AA batteries every day. The problem with the external battery pack is that it uses a thin cable to a 3.5mm audio plug. If this thin wire breaks, then you will need to buy a second, backup, external battery pack.I have had this safe for 3 months and already one of the numbers is doesn't work well.Officeworks, this is a poor quality item. You shouldn't continue to sell it.
