It is very handy for vacuuming the window condensation in the morning on a clear night. Easy spray and wipe system. I found the instruction lacking. I still use a cloth to wipe the areas that the vac cannot eg the bottom of the window especially when the window sill in deep, sometimes the edges need a wipe too. Very quiet!!

The lithium battery lasts a long time between charges, but there's a very high failure rate - mine failed in 15 months with light use. Karcher will not on the 2 year warranty if you don't have proof of purchase, even though the 10th anniversary edition was launched within the 2 year warranty window. There are other manufacturers to consider.

Pros: Light and easy to use. Easy to maintain as everything comes apart for cleaning. Recharges quickly. More than enough to clean house with one charge.Cons: Over the years its definitely been improved from previous models.
This product is basically a hoover for liquids, it sucks up liquids - it does not recirculate them or have a washing action. Having said that, it does it's job very efficiently. It excels at removing washing suds and rinse from windows, especially those in hard water areas that dry to leave a chalky type deposit or smear. My wife bought this Window Vac years ago and I found it yesterday in our airing cupboard! I wondered why! It was still holding a charge; I checked out the instructions; then tried it on our back patio doors. What a useless bit of kit, I thought! It looks the business...but is actually useless! When my wife came in, I asked her what sort of result had she managed to achieve with it. “Oh that! It was so useless, I stuck it in the airing cupboard out of the way. I forgot we had it! Just bin it!” So there we are! “Just bin it!”
Pros: This is the nuts. I have some very difficult windows to clean, the karcher gets right in there where professional window cleaners can't. I had two professional window cleaners in, nothing like the finish the karcher gives. The window cleaners tried to slag off the karcher, but at the end of the day, you don't go to university to be a window cleaner and technology has taken over.Cons: Using it upside down makes the dirty water occasionally spill out.

If there was a 14 day return policy, I would be in a queue to return.Firstly, the box states fully charged, not the case, charge well in advance as the battery does drain quickly.Secondly, the bottle leaks, your hands will be wet, not ideal on a cold dayThirdly, the suction head, both, are dreadful, it leaves suction lines as you move down the window, it leaves streaks, does not really get into the corners and you are left using a cloth and a shining cloth to get the windows looking good. I reversed the machine in my hand and started from the bottom up...... I had watch all the YouTube videos and could not master the streak free, easy of use. Also important to note they only use the machine to a half way point whilst standing, you don’t see the machine cleaning the entire window.Save your euro’s and clean your windows by hand, you will be much quicker and you will get a better quality clean.
This is appalling product. watched the videos on how to use, I followed advice to add more fluid yet I have been left with worse windows after cleaning. The bottle leaks, the vacuum mouth does not open properly, I have just wasted £80. I am really upset. Do not buy you would be wasting your money.
